The sizing is inaccurate. Customer service is terrible. They only have a 30 day return window and I have been waiting for 10 days to get the address to return/exchange the items. Still waiting!

We came in for a Tempurpedic bed and the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so we were able to actually place the order. Then we asked about some additional pieces we were hoping to find soon, and ended up ordering two desks that we also needed. When we left we were displease with having spent so much so quickly, but extremely pleased that Avneesh helped us complete our to-buy list. Would love to work with him again.

The table we ordered was a disappointment. The screws pushed through the composite wood, leaving ugly protrusions on the top surface. Poor quality and not worth the money—I wouldn't recommend it.

They have absolutely nothing figured out. My order was delayed by almost 2 weeks and I tried to cancel it before it shipped and they wouldn’t cancel it. They ended up shipping it anyways and it arrived broken. They made me pay for return shipping. I lost $250 and a lot of time. Please stay from this dumbass company.

The chairs are lovely and comfortable, with a very nice velvet material and a size that suits the average body well. The delivery was also fast, and assembly was not too difficult. However, one of the legs was damaged, which seems to be a quality issue. I contacted customer service, and they had a good attitude - they offered a solution to send a replacement leg, which took around 2 weeks to arrive. The replacement part was well-packaged, and I was finally able to use the chair today. The seating comfort is really great. I hope the company can not only maintain the attractive design of their products but also ensure better quality control and reduce the wait time for replacement parts. That would make for an even better overall experience.

I ordered one cushion but was charged for and sent 4. I emailed customer service immediately after receiving automated confirmation that I needed to modify my order and my request was rejected. I sent numerous emails after receiving my order for return instructions and only received automated replies. They only give you a 30-day window for returns but apparently ignore you so you can’t ever return their product despite a money back guarantee
