recently purchased furniture online from Rove Concepts, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The website was easy to navigate, making it simple to find and select the perfect pieces for my home. The detailed product descriptions and high-quality images were incredibly helpful in making my choices.

Once I placed my order, the process was smooth and efficient. The delivery was prompt and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the pieces is exceptional—elegant, well-crafted, and exactly as described.

Even though the purchase was online, the customer service was outstanding. I had a few questions before finalizing my order, and the support team was responsive and knowledgeable, providing all the information I needed.

Rove is the worst experience ever

Rove is the worst experience ever! Just don’t waste your money and time on this company. All furniture was delivered dirty and they couldn’t assemble sofa Berlin because of manufacture defects. We ordered all furniture ( 2 beds, 2 drawers, dining table and chairs, 2 chairs in living room and sofa with ottoman) in February and in July or August they replaced sofa with even more dirty sofa and with the same manufacture defects so I just rejected it and asked for refund. Their claim department tried to get money from me for their mistakes.
It’s awful company! They should just close their showroom and manufacture!

Great Chase Lounge

I purchased two of the slimmer chase lounge chairs for my porch. I use them everyday in the morning while sipping my coffee and reading. They are comfortable, light, and easy to move about and clean. Their design is simple but has a timeless style, and as a minimalist this fits my lifestyle perfectly! It’s usable, stylish, and comfortable.

It's terrible.

I will say the last thing I should say at the beginning, please read before shopping.
Do not shop here, run away from here immediately without even looking back.

I'm just settling in Canada with my family. I placed an order for $60,000 and paid about $4000 extra for the White Glove service with delivery.

The products arrived and we have been eating without tables and standing for about 1 month because no one, including the installation team, could install the tables they sent. There are a lot of problematic products they delivered and they do nothing. There is no one who gives information about the process.

Nobody cares about customer victimization, probably because the money has been collected. Don't be fooled by the store, they have bad customer service that can never be compensated and you can't reach anyone.

Although the products that seem to have arrived intact were installed by their own team, everything is disorganized and disgraceful, they work so unconsciously that they sent me an e-mail that I could not install the mechanisms, although I received white glove service. As if someone else paid the money, as if I chose the installation team. Friends, if you had followed your job, you would have installed properly.

I should also say that I am an engineer who lives and trades in 5 different countries. I have never seen such a bad product in any field in my life.
I did not receive service and service. Can there be a problem in 80% of the new products that come in? Poor quality of production and a lot of problems due to the failure to design the mechanisms they use in those that come intact.

Now solve the problem quickly or we will be in court this week.
If you want to save your money, your time and your nerves, don't shop with them even if they pay you.

The options are amazing

The options are amazing. The website had so many pieces I loved but was focused on dining chairs. I can’t wait for the chairs to arrive and hope they are on time (3-4 weeks).

Beautiful outdoor furniture

The couch is beautiful but it came damaged. I still have not gotten the furniture. But Roveconcrot is trying to get it replaced as fast as possible. I just wished it was faster. I thank them regardless for the effort.

Exceptional outdoor patio set

The Francis patio set is exceptional—beautifully crafted and perfect for any outdoor space. The service from start to finish was outstanding, from the sales representative to customer care and the delivery team. I was hosting a book club meeting and hoped the furniture would arrive in time, and it did. My friends were so impressed with the set, they joked about moving in! I have my eyes on a living room set and will order in the near future.

Sham company with medieval return policy and poor customer service

Rove Concepts is a sham furniture company with terrible customer service. I ordered a couch that turned out to be too big for my space and very uncomfortable. The delivery team told me I could keep it and exchange it and that Rove would swap it out with a different couch. When I got in touch with Rove Concepts, they told me I would have to pay for the return, that no exchanges are allowed, AND that I would have to pay movers to move the couch to the lobby of my building, despite having paid over $300 for white glove delivery. Never again.

Worst experience ever!!

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered their Arco Extendable Dining Table and 4 chairs. When the table was delivered by a third party delivery service, they did not find any hardware in the box. Customer representative opened a claim case on my behalf and I was assigned a resolution expert. I explained how I have a 2 year old in the house and heavy parts of the table are sitting on the floor in the middle of my house. Not only it is inconvenient, but dangerous for the kid. I was told that the hardware has to be shipped from China and it would take 2-4 weeks more. I requested sharing the specification sheet, so I can source the hardware from local stores. Hardware mentioned in the specification sheet was either wrong or missing information. Each time I reach out to the claims expert via email, he would simply ignore and not respond for days. It has been 2 weeks going back and forth with the claims expert. I was refunded $200 inconvenience and no update has been provided on the hardware eta from China.

Word of advise: Stay away from claims and simply return the product if you end up in a similar situation. Terrible after sales support.
