Great inventory… superb selection…

Great inventory… superb selection…. Very customer oriented. Our salesman Alex was wonderful…. Gave us plenty of space to browse while remaining nearby so we could access him with questions when needed!!!!!
He should be the trainer for salesmen everywhere! Thanks

We came in for a Tempurpedic bed and…

We came in for a Tempurpedic bed and the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so we were able to actually place the order. Then we asked about some additional pieces we were hoping to find soon, and ended up ordering two desks that we also needed. When we left we were displease with having spent so much so quickly, but extremely pleased that Avneesh helped us complete our to-buy list. Would love to work with him again.

A Great Experience Shopping for Furniture

My experience was great. I had been to four other furniture stores, but no one had what I wanted. When I explained to the salesman about my small apartment, he showed me a loveseat with a bed inside and a recliner which will fit perfectly into my apartment and would not take up too much room. I am thrilled with my new furniture and very thankful that Jose Vicens was there. He gave me his card so if I need his help again, I know how to reach him.

Good customer service

Salesperson Reggie Gorneille was very polite and not pushy. Let me walk around alone and didn’t follow me around while I made my selection. Needed to buy and have delivery ASAP and Reggie called delivery company and confirmed a date.

Happy to do business with your company!

Robb was with us every step of the way and led us in the direction we were looking for. Pleasant, professional and funny! The folks at the cashier section were patient and interactive, not all business which made the experience fun.

Ethan was great at explaining the…

Ethan was great at explaining the different mattresses so I purchased the one best for my needs. He takes time with his customers so each customer feels valued.

I will go back to the Boston Road, Springfield store and buy from Ethan every time we are looking for furniture or bedding.

Rami

Rami did an excellent job helping me pick out a mattress to help with my sciatica. He was very informative and patient with us. He showed us several mattresses and pointed out the special features of each one. I went with the tempur pedic and it was the perfect choice. I no longer have pain at night.

Schedule the delivery and then the day…

Schedule the delivery and then the day of was told nope it’s not coming there is a big hole in it. I feel like that could have been noticed before I had to rearrange my schedule to be home for a delivery that wasn’t going to happen. Then one voicemail asked if I wanted to reorder and then another said it was being reordered but no clue how long that will take since taking weeks to begin with.

From an online chat he was able to apply a barely expired gift certificate to our purchase. We were in the market for another new…mattress

We were in the market for another new mattress. After several unhappy visits to a local store, we decided to take a ride to the Hartford Store. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by Jose Medina, we instantly had a great feeling that we would be taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and sincere. He was very patient, honest, frank, and made us feel so comfortable without being pushy at all. He and the manager were fantastic to deal with we were so happy and relieved when we left the store. We will shop at that location from now on and refer them to everyone.

Special order item surprise

Apparently the split frame box spring I ordered online is a special order despite narrowing my search to items in store. I expected all my items to arrive together and now I don't know when this will be delivered, or if I'll be asked to pay a second delivery charge.
