We visited the showroom and Debbie was amazing. We felt so comfortable with her and she inspired so much confidence in the products and the process. Choosing what we wanted was so easy! We went home and measured and chose the details of our cabinets online, and purchased in a matter of days. Debbie was with us the whole way, answering questions and helping us tremendously. The value for such high quality is amazing. We will be back for all our future renovation needs!

James Potter, the designer sales guy, is not your ordinary muggle, he was magic? Sort of felt that way, but mostly felt like I was a good friend he was trying to help to get it all right! He went the extra mile and extra time and it was the end reason we have new cabinets coming on our first time working with this company. Thank you and looking forward to some great cabinets.

Very punctual on getting me back the design plans and communication on measurements and installation. If there is anything that could have been better is not being shy about closing the sale after you done a great job on the design layout. I understand closing was always my weakness too. Some people just need a friendly help stepping off the ledge.

After reaching out to about five different companies for a quote on my new Fabuwood kitchen, Ryan from Cabinets HQ gave me not only the best quote but also excellent guidance throughout the purchase process. He helped me make several minor but important adjustments that made the installation go smoothly for my contractor. Ryan's email responses were quick, which allowed me to finalize the purchase swiftly and receive my cabinets on time. P.S. Their website is great for both shopping and research. It lets you build and order your kitchen online, and during the process, I found several upgrades and accessories I wasn't aware of before. Overall, an A+ experience! Thank you, Ryan!

The cabinets were shipped and labeled for easy assembly and the high-quality components did not disappoint! I could not have expected anything better as the fit and finish were astounding. I am not getting paid for this review, but I want you to know that talking to people one on one, planning of the layout, ease of changes, and the final product is better than any box store or place around. You will be amazed at the value/cost of the cabinets! I was not expecting them to be this phenomenal! The installation was easy to follow (online video tutorial) and the fit and adjustments were straight-forward. I could not be happier. Everyone compliments the cabinets when they enter our farmhouse! Thank you so much for an amazing parts, service, and communication! I wish I could attach pictures of our cabinets! We will be return customers as many of my friends and family are current customers after seeing ours! A+

Shame on me for not reading reviews before I purchased their product and services. Our journey to purchase cabinets and countertops for our laundry room, mud room and pantry began over 3 months ago. The project is still incomplete. NOTE: CTG required payment in full prior to beginning the project. That should have been the first RED FLAG. During our visit to their showroom in Charleston, SC, they gave us a quote and a contract to sign which required payment in full (almost $18,000). Then they sent a contractor out to verify our measurements (an additional charge of $99), after which CTG notified us that we will need to pay an additional $1300 to complete the project. We did so. The cabinets were shipped to our house a few weeks later and stored in our garage until they could schedule the install yet another few weeks later. The install took twice as long than anticipated because the contractor and his team worked only about 5 hours a day and didn't show up every day. Then the contractor informed us that one of the cabinets was too big for the space (for which he had verified the measurements) and they were going to need to send a smaller cabinet. I received a phone call from CTG that this smaller cabinet would cost a few hundred dollars more. A few weeks later, the smaller cabinet arrives, we have to again wait for scheduling the completion of the install. Next, we had to wait several more days for CTG to send out yet another contractor to verify the measurements for the countertops we had purchased and paid for. This contractor informed us they don't have the counters which we had selected in the showroom, so we had to select another countertop, and pay another $1200. Additionally, it would take 2-3 weeks to schedule the installation. At this point, we had had enough. We told our salesperson to cancel the countertops, because we would purchase them elsewhere. He told us no problem. Days go by and I keep asking about the countertop refund (over $3,000). He finally contacts us and says they will issue the refund to our credit card but will withhold over $400 for the cost of the countertop measurements. So here we are, over 3 months later, with no countertops and still bickering with CTG while they hold our funds. This has been a nightmare! Stay away from CTG!

Dan was awesome through the entire Fabuwood purchase and support process! He worked us through the design process, and redesign and reredesign, couldn't ask for better assistance. The product shipment process was fast, recieved within days of ordering. Highly recommended!
