The chair itself is exactly what I wanted for extra seating in my mid century modern living room. The color is not exactly what is pictured. Darker than pictured and more blue than teal. Fortunately it still works in my room and I love it.

I ordered Wednesday, the chairs got delivered Sunday. 5 screws to put them together, super easy for one person. Now I have a whole new look and super comfortable chairs to enjoy meals sitting with friends.

My computer chair previously broke as one of the welded wheel supports came apart. The chair was useless with only 4 out of 5 wheels, and since I am not a welder, it was less expensive to order this stool. I used the bottom base on my chair, and though it's diameter is roughly 17" (previous was 20"), it fit like a glove and works perfectly. Now I can take my old base and look for a welder friend to repair.

I am so happy with my purchase of gunmetal bistro chairs that I just placed a second order for a total of 8 stacking chairs. They are beautiful and I can already see how durable they are and how well they will hold up...I needed extra seating for parties/holidays and these will be perfect.They did come with just a little bit of paint scratches, but easily fixed with touch-up paint if you feel necessary, but I think it just adds to the rustic charm for my french industrial style dining room. An extra bonus that I live within a couple hours of their warehouse, so I received them the very next day after ordering!

Foreign company not easily reachable. Package damaged in delivery. Can only be seemingly returned in said damaged package. Goods received damaged. I need a refund basically. Changed rating since when I did get a hold of them they were super nice and responsive*

One of the set of 2 chairs I ordered was unusable due to the holes being misaligned where the legs attached. That's why I didn't rate 5 stars. However, customer service was prompt and courteous and worked with me to resolve the issue in a very timely manner. If I receive my replacement chair as promised, I will not hesitate to order from them again and to recommend to others.

Service was quick, product arrived in a short period of time. To say it met my expections is beyond great. My ottoman is gorgeous and made of great quality. I would definetly recommend Duhome, Inc for any of your decorating needs.. I'm certainly going to order another ottoman soon.

The hardware included with the chairs were incorrect. I emailed the service desk and received a very quick response by email My attempt to contact someone by phone was useless as I never got an answer only response that phone was unavailable I tried maybe three times to reach someone on the phone. But as I indicated earlier , I received a very quick email response. I have yet to receive replacement product so I hope the replacement is correct

Package was delivered with the box damaged and partially opened. It’s were missing and parts needed to make the chair functional. Reached out to customer service and still have no idea if they are shipping the part needed or a replacement package. Very upset.

Good chairs, bad customer service.

I ordered two chairs. One was defect, they promised to replace it within a few days, but then nothing happened. Now 2 months later I am still trying to get that promised replacement and its always the same. I write an email I get the feedback that its in progress and then nothing happens.

I looked for a long time for a vanity stool that was the look I wanted. I saw this one during my search and knew it was perfect!! Ordered it immediately but because of a computer glitch, they did not have it in stock. Customer service was really great when I asked questions and they were quick to respond about when it would be restocked so I could reorder. It was a huge surprise to come home and find it on my porch!! I put it together (great instructions and easy to assemble). Great quality look and feel! I am beyond happy with this purchase and this company and their customer service!

The pinedale spindle chair is absolutely gorgeous! The quality is fantastic and it was SO easy to put together!! I highly recommend this chair and Duhome has great quality products.

The package came well packed with no damage and all pieces. Pretty easy to assemble (I had to carefully use a drill for the cross pieces because it was too hard with a screwdriver, even though they tell you in the directions not to use a drill). It was an easy enough fix, and didn't make the process any more complicated or difficult. The chairs are light-weight and super easy to put together. I put the seat on the kitchen island face down, hanging off the edge slightly, and attached the back that way. It was super easy. The chairs are sturdy and sound. I love that both an allen wrench and a screwdriver were included.

Very fast delivery. We already had 4 of these chairs and because they are so comfortable we had to have one more at the small desk in our kitchen. Also the price was very reasonable. It is nice to have a chair that swivels so you can talk or watch television between the kitchen and family room.

I previously bought Duhome stools from another vendor. We wanted 2 more of the same stools so I went directly to the Duhome site and I am so glad I did. The stools were less expensive, arrived quickly and were shipped for free. They are beautiful, comfortable and sturdy. I will go directly to Duhome next time I need stools for the kitchen.

I had never heard of Duhome, but took a chance and ordered 8 chairs from them. Price was excellent plus I found a coupon. The chairs arrived in just a few days , were well packaged and are so well made and very sturdy. I have already shared my experience with several friends.
