I recently purchased a desk set up from Hoot Judkins. The Salesman, Francis was knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find a unit that would suit my needs the best. The selection and all wood options cannot be beat anywhere. The quality of the desk I purchased is excellent and the price was very competitive with products that are not as well made. My desk arrived on time. Hoot's delivery service is excellent. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help you meet your furniture needs.

Everything from ordering to delivery was effortless. The order was confirmed immediately and additional communication was sent detailing the timeline for production. Once the item was received from the manufacturer, we were contacted immediately to schedule home delivery. Speaking of delivery, not only was the item delivered during the scheduled delivery window, it was placed with care in less than 20 minutes. I cannot recommend Hoot Judkins enough!

I was replacing my Best brand recliner and wanted the exact same style and fabric. Hoot Judkins Furniture was able to help me accomplish this and it was delivered in 4 weeks. So happy to have this new replacement.

Love this family owned business. We bought a beautiful unfinished bookcase that I worked on while we were all stuck at home with Covid. Ordered it by text and they loaded it into my trunk. Beautiful furnishings and amazing service.

Francis was very helpful in assisting us with ordering additional furniture to go with the collection we ordered last year and exchange the nightstand for one with enhanced storage. The staff is knowledgeable without being pushy. I highly recommend this store for top quality wood furniture and fabulous customer service.

Quality furniture!
It's so hard to find quality furniture these days but Hoot Judkins delivers. I really appreciated the selection and range of prices. It's still not cheap but you get furniture that will last a lifetime!
The sales team is also really nice and you get a family feel when at the store.

Despite living in the area for many years, I wasn't familiar with Hoot Judkins until recently. I don't know why it took me so long. I was impressed with every aspect of the experience: Hoot Judkins had a very wide range of furniture considering its physical location, and everything was highly customizable. I ended up purchasing a bed and a dining room table, with the latter being made from two different woods in colors of my choosing.

The staff was also extremely helpful, taking the time to walk us through the different options available both for the furniture and delivery. We took a fair amount of time but never felt rushed or pressured.

While it's still early, the quality of the final product seems very high and I expect my furniture to last many more years than the IKEA equivalents that I've been buying up to this point.

Horrible overall. Product was damaged and movers did not handle with care . They left scratches. Asked nicely for a partial refund for my bad experience with this company and was denied. Had I known it was this badly damaged I would never have bought this product. Very disappointing.

The bookcase arrived with visible defects that were unacceptable. I called the store and they sent out a furniture repair person who made it look perfect. I was very happy!

My recliner chair needed a repair. I contacted Hoot Judkins and within two weeks they had the new part and had a service person come and install it. One call was all it took. The part was even covered under a warrantee.
