I have had Tempurpedics for 25+ years and this mattress from Back Science blows them away. They use all the best materials available. I am a Back Science customer forever and have not stopped bragging on how they make a far superior product. Their adjustable bases are best I have ever owned.

sure had a different experience than most I guess. Range hood purchase, mismeasured, woopsie another $200 for an extension, sorry it’ll be 6 weeks before we can install the extension. Day of install called to get an ETA a few times in voicemail black hole, no call back. Called again late day, told no idea. Last call finally promised installer would call. No call yet. I’ve got a sensitive dog to take off premises while they install. Is there a reason I didn’t use Judd and Black. My builder recommended Dewaard- I can’t recommend them. Too many errors that cost me time and money

This mattress has fiberglass and it doesn’t even have a “do not open” label on it, now my home is infested with fiberglass because we want to be cheap and just make mattresses without caring about the safety of our customers. For your future mattresses, if you’re still gonna use fiberglass, ATLEAST put a “do not open” warning on the mattress cover ticket.

If I could leave a 0 review I would have. I gave over $5,000 for this split king bed from isence. Slept good for a few months then after that I've never been in so much pain. The air bag bladder (hybrid) only airs up mid-back doesn't do no good. Feel like I have permanent back pain now right at the syatic nerve where tailbone is. I do not recommend this bed. It seemed like it was good enough until my warranty days were up now I'm just stuck with thousands of dollars worth of junk and still out of a good bed. Sorry iSense just telling it how it is!

Two major issues. 1) I ordered a "floating shelf" for $119+Tax at the same time and same color as the bed frame, however once the bed was built, the mattress hung over the frame so the floating shelf could not be attached. When I contacted customers service they told me basically "too bad you should have known that the floating shelf wasn't compatible" (in not so many words). They were not willing to issue me a refund or a shipping label. I am waiting to see how much shipping is from USA, my guess is it won't be worth me shipping it back at my expense, and I will be out the money for something I can't use -- GRRRR!!! 2) The assembly process was difficult as the pre-drilled holes for the screws did not line up so when we finished the headboard it was slanted and had to redo it with our own holes.

In the last 3 months we have had a problem with a pillow. We got in contact with the customer service, and they are trying all they can to not help. Every time we talk with Tempur Sealy in Spain they say they will be back soon with an answer. I'm am 100% sure that this is the way they work to try to avoid helping customers. By the way the pillow is still under guarantee. It has just been used for 1 year and 4 months. So if you want customer service buy another brand

return parcel arrived on 29 jul 2023, but after half month, still waiting for REFUND, no one REPLY email, sent many times and called AT hotline and they said not their business but asked to call Germany hotline with my expenses. cant believe such a big company but POOR service. will not purchase again but rather pay a bit higher to purchase from Amazon etc. PLEASE REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!
