I ordered tiles from Tiles Direct, it cost me nearly £40 to have them delivered and sent me the wrong ones. I rang so many times, nobody answers the phones, it doesn’t matter which line you choose. After many emails l got my money back. I would never order again from this company.

Your employees went above and beyond to help me when the tile I wanted was discontinued and Whitney and Sandy tried to help me find a replacement that was similar. All the tile I ordered fro. Tiles Direct came quickly and unbroken.

I highly recommend Tiles Direct! You get an actual person when you call them, and they are so helpful and pleasant! They were the only company that we could find who carried the tile we wanted to match tile we had used in the past. Ordering was simple and easy online, and their staff answered all my questions with knowledge and patience. Our tile came quickly and in great condition except for 2 tiles which they replaced immediately. Our experience with Tiles Direct was exceptional. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

Overall the experience was a good one. I ordered tile I needed to reface a full fireplace - so I needed corner pieces as well as flat ones - which were a hot commodity in brick/mortar stores. So I ordered both online through tiles direct. The price was decent and the product was as expected. The only down side was the backordered corner pieces. Unfortunately due to this backorder - the flat and corner pieces ended up being accidentially delivered separately - not ideal after having waited as it was. The original full shipment was not correct. However in the end Tiles Direct provided me with a credit for this discrepency and did their best to make up for the error which we greatly appreciated!

We got the small gold metal hexagons on a 12×12 sheet. BEAUTIFUL!!! The gold is the perfect shade, not too yellow orange. Just a nice brushed gold that accents our dark gray tiles. We highly recommend using TileDirect. Great experience...love the product and fast shipping.

Fabulous company to deal with. Fast and efficient delivery but when we had a couple of broken tiles a quick email and it was sorted with excellent customer service. Thank you tiles direct. Not many companies have such great customer service these days.

Good quality tiles for a great price! It didn’t take long for delivery; however, there were several tiles chipped. I did notify them via email within the two day period for replacements and also included pictures. They not only replaced the chipped tiles, but included several more. Their response was prompt and hassle free.

Customer service is outstanding. I dealt with Whitney twice due to two separate tile issues caused by our contractor. Each time she quickly responded and looked into our options, providing detailed information. She also then followed through promptly to resolve the situation. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

I contacted T.D. by phone with my questions, which were answered quickly and accurately. Got my final price including freight and delivery window. I placed my order online and received my tile in good condition within the quoted time frame. Delivery driver was courteous and helpful. Overall experience was excellent and saved a considerable amount of bucks by ordering direct. Local dealer quoted $4.00 more per each tile in addition to me having to pay the freight.

I am super happy with my experience with Tiles Direct. I was initially disappointed that one of the tiles on the website was not available immediately, but then the great customer service experience made those feelings go away. Sandy, the customer service rep, was exceptionally helpful as I adjusted my order. I am very thankful for her. The tile is exactly what I wanted.

I phoned Tiles Direct on the Monday & spoke with Asim about some sample tiles I had bought. He confirmed that they had the tile, colour's & quantity I needed & that if I placed my order then it would take about 4 working days from now to receive them. After placing my order I received an email confirming this. Next day I got an email from the delivery company saying that the tiles would be to me tomorrow morning between 10.30 - 11.30. True to their word my order arrived well wrapped & on a pallet. Tiles Direct gave me a 5* service from ordering to receiving goods & I personally can highly recommend this company. Will definitely be doing business with them again!!

The lady at the Verification Department was not very polite and made things more difficult for me, due to this, my shipment was pushed back 2 weeks. The delivery guy did not put the tile inside my garage as requested. I am pregnant and now I have over 2,700 dollars worth of tile sitting on my drive way.
The tile is great, service was mediocre.

Ordering online was quick and easy. Offering two different shipping companies was a plus! Being updated when tiles were shipped and the estimated arrival. Also, when I had a question, Sandy with Tiles Direct Support was pleasant to talk with and updated me on the delivery date! That's service!!! I received my tiles and they were packed well on the pallet. I had a few that were broken, but those can be used for small cuts. All in all, a great experience.

I ordered on your website to find out 3 days later that there was an error made with pricing. Supposedly I couldn’t buy the tiles by the sheet. I had to purchase an entire box of 10 sheets. I contacted your customer service asking to honor the original order and never got a response. Horrible customer service. I was going to order tile for 2 bathrooms from your company, but you have lost my business and I will be sure to put a review on Yelp!

Tiles were dumped in the street 15 were broken where they looked like they had been grabbed by a boom. The advertised colour was COMPLETELY different was advertised as quarry tile red but what arrived was orange

This company had the best price for the tiles I needed. They shipped quickly and all the tiles were in perfect condition, however, the trim pieces arrived broken. The company quickly shipped out replacements. I was impressed with their customer service and I will buy from them again without hesitation.

Needed 500 sf of tile shipped to a remote mountain community in Wyoming. Had a heck of a time finding the specific tile and when I contacted a brand X company they wanted a small fortune to ship it to me. I contacted TilesDirect and they solved all the problems, came up with a reasonable shipping price and shipped the product FedEx (which did a great job). Couldn’t ask for better service and I will use TileDirect again.

Whitney was so helpful and went above and beyond in getting my order expedited quickly. Also was cheaper (and quicker) than local option, even with shipping. No tiles broken in transit, placed the pallet inside our garage.
