The site has many resources that helped me decide on buying my furniture here, they had reviews, helpful blogs for finding legitimate products and fight against purchasing from imitation companies online. The product dimensions and descriptions helped immensely. I did have prior experience with their products and was very much comfortable buying from this brand as their wooden desk was very sturdy and efficient in my workspace, so I was extremely excited to buy a bookcase from them.

The desk came with some damage, but when I reached out to them they quickly resolved the issue. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and their helpful customer service.

First of all the delivery came earlier than expected which was great.I noticed one of the pcs was damaged as I was done putting the desk together. Took a photo and send it to customer service and they took care of it immediately and send me a replacement pc right away. I am very happy with the office desk purchased and would recommend tribesigns to all. Thank you

The bookshelf is lighter metal and basic stained wood shelves. It was fairly easy to put together and looks great!

I am always a little hesitant with companies that I find through Facebook. But, I took a chance and I am glad that I did. I bought a large plant stand that is very unique and the quality is great!! I would definitely buy form this company again. The peices are unique and again the quality is great!!

The table we ordered was a disappointment. The screws pushed through the composite wood, leaving ugly protrusions on the top surface. Poor quality and not worth the money—I wouldn't recommend it.

The order and delivery was very smooth. However I just started assembling product and the materials are not coming together smoothly. Some boards were misnumbered (#10:and 11 reversed) and some of the screws with the blue bottom damaged the wood when being screwed in manually as well as with slow electric screwdriver. So far disappointed with quality and hoping when it’s finished that it’s stable.

We ordered a table and a work desk from Tribesigns. Both were somewhat difficult to put together (all the parts were there, but sometimes it wasn't completely clear which side of a panel to use, and sometimes the screw placement made assembly more difficult than it would be otherwise). After a little trial and error, and a few hours, both pieces were assembled and the end product has been great so far. Especially love the 71 inch L-shaped executive desk!

When I called the Help Line, I was referred to the instructions and a link for installing the drawer slide. It was not clear the one side had to slide out to expose the screw holes.
The BIG issue is the instructions are flawed! Part #3 is shown going into the rear assembly, and #12 is shown as the drawer bottom. After about an hour of frustration we realized that #12 goes into the rear assembly, and #3 is the drawer bottom.

We have purchased 4 pieces from Tribesigns, including a small desk, 3 entry tables....they are all very sturdy and beautiful pieces of furniture....The only thing I would have to say is a drawback is putting them together, but my husband and I did it; thankfully each piece was sent to us individually to not make it a monumental task...anyway, BEAUTIFUL STRONG FURNITURE!

Hardware pkg. was missing from initial shipment, Customer Relations was responsive and the missing hardware was received after a two week wait, but the desk went together perfectly, with good steps in instructions so I am pleased with the experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this product line. It starts with an easy to use website, quick delivery and superior packaging. The quality of the product is amazing,easy to assemble and every piece comes with extra assembly hardware. Nothing worse than missing a bolt or part like some of the other assemble yourself companies. This furniture looks much more expensive than low price you pay for it. I currently have 3 pieces in house that I have purchased with 2 more on order. The vast selection of products is hard to resist. I like the discount pricing on multiple unit purchases, the more you spend the more you save.
I know you will not be disappointed.

My bookcase was delivered quickly. It took us 2 hours to put it together, the direction were easy to follow, and all the screw holes lined up perfectly. The quality of the item is great, and it looks great. We are very happy, and would recommend your company to others without hesitation.

The product looks like advertised but the gold finish is much more brown than gold which is disappointing. The pieces also didn’t fit together nicely without force— we got there eventually but it was much harder to build than we expected
