Really disappointing experience
I recently purchased four items from Lilly Silk online and was deeply disappointed with the experience. Since there's no option to try items before purchasing, I ordered a larger size to be safe. However, when the items arrived, none of them fit properly despite my sizing precautions.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to return the items, I discovered that they were part of a "final sale," meaning no returns were allowed. I find this policy incredibly unfair. The clothes didn’t fit, and the inability to return or exchange them is frustrating and unprofessional.
In my experience, this is highly unusual as most retailers allow returns when the items are not tried on before purchase, as per general consumer rights and legislation. This has left me feeling disappointed, and I would hesitate to shop from Lilly Silk in the future.
