Ordered a bed - got delivered in about 3 months. It was a custom piece. Definitely worth the wait! Despite the furniture being of high quality and reasonably priced, there is good communication regarding the lead times and to align your expectations accordingly. You should note that a few of their luxury products are built to order so you may have to wait months before receiving the product. It was worth the wait and the quality is much better than these local overpriced furniture stores. I would purchase again, I do wish you guys had more stock available on the website.

Visited the warehouse in LA before ordering my sofa. This option just made my decision easier. I really liked their piece but wasn't sure about its quality prior to visiting. Happy and satisfied customer. The gentleman on the phone was very professional and accommodating.

I recently bought this floor lamp online, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The pictures showcased a sleek and modern design, but what I received looked cheap and poorly made.
Despite the disappointing product, their responsiveness in addressing my inquiries deserves recognition.

There are some nice designs, a very responsible and responsive store. I did hope the chair would work for us and did not have to return it. I recommend this furniture shop, they stand by their products!

Customer support staff is amazing! just call them and they will walk you through everything. Although their communication is great, delivery times can be improved. I waited 2.5 months for a custom sofa.

Their furniture is amazing, but be prepared for it to be a little heavy. I struggled a bit with moving the pieces around, but once they were in place, they looked beautiful.

Quick delivery. Product is as pictures. No assembly required for the chair I bought leather is genuine and very good quality.
