Disregard any ship dates on their website. What should have taken 20 business days max for my order has turned into 6 weeks. I chose this site to order from specifically because my product was in stock and they ship dates listed would have it here when I needed it. Unfortunately will not be arriving when I expected.

Received a credenza and it was damaged during delivery. I contacted Layla Grace and no problem to replace the item. Customer service is amazing.

Never really had much interaction with anyone other than the company handling the transport. I will also say that while the rug is beautiful and matches perfectly, I wasn’t prepared for the “off gases.” Kinda smelled like skunk and it wafted throughout our house.

Everything went smooth,purchase, package was perfect also my goods comes as expected my only issue was the delivery didn’t do white glove delivery which I had to unpack and it was super heavily packed to do by my self other than that, everything was perfect!, I definitely recommend Layla Grace!

We ordered artwork and it’s beautiful,
Exactly what we wanted. The delivery driver was so nice. He opened the box for us to inspect the product before we signed off on deliver. Will definitely be shopping at Layla Grayce again. Also, Lindsay Hickock was amazing with customer service. 5 stars worthy.

I absolutely loved the rug I purchased. The rug was too small for my space and I wanted to return for a bigger size.
I struggled to find where to go on the website for return. I then received an email saying “here is your return label” and that was not available on the email. It took several days/emails to finally get the return label. I then never received an email saying my rug was back at the facility. My husband opens our checking account and ask Who is Layla Grace? That’s how I found out it was received and they kept partial amount for restocking fee.
I did not want to return, I wanted to exchange!!!
There process sucks and I do not want to buy again just because of that.

Terrible quality. Bought two white dining room chairs for $2400. The 1st order came damaged. Had to jump through hoops to get it replaced (From China no less). The 2nd order showed up with stains on the chairs. These people drop ship sub standard products, then make you deal with customer service via email. Would never order from them again!

The order was in stock and came fast enough, no damage and the chairs are very comfortable. If buying anything with the fabric Orly Natural, realize, it looks Grey, a warm grey. It's such a beautiful piece, they missed it on the choice of fabric and color. It's still a warm neutral and the style is an 11 out of 10 and comfort a 15 out of 10

purchased 2 washable rugs, delivery was sooner than advised at checkout. packaged and arrived in great condition. colors / quality is exactly as shown on the website. havent washed yet so I can share review on that aspect but aside from that I would recommend and purchase again when needed.

I found exactly what I was looking for on the Layla Grace website and at a much lower total cost. I had never heard of Layla Grace before so when I called with a question, not only was there a live human on the other end, but incredibly helpful, patient, and kind Megan. My order shipped out and I received earlier than expected and came meticulously packed, no damage at all. I’ll definitely shop at Layla Grace again because of the fantastic customer support.

It's hard to find quality furniture in stores now days. Layla Grace carries a variety of quality furniture manufactures and Layla Grace is my go-to store when I want a new piece. I've ordered several pieces by Hooker and Bernhardt and very happy with every piece we've received. Communication with Custome Service is also excellent.
