I have ordered two chairs from Sohne and both of them are excellent quality and arrived in less than four days from my initial order. I needed some assistance with one of them and the entire team was extremely responsive. Michael went above and beyond to help me with my request. I will most definitely buy more products from them.

Super easy to put together and a fabulous chair. It is sturdy but incredibly comfortable. I bought it as a reading chair for my bedroom and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had chairs that are super comfy but don’t hold their shape and therefore aren’t supportive enough but this is not that. It has a great structure that supports your lower back for long periods of time but is still comfortable enough to endure a lengthy sit.

This is a great chair at this price point, high quality materials, looks good, sturdy, easy to assemble. Measure though, it's accurate to the dimensions specified but was smaller than I expected, ended up being too small for where I was planning on using it...

Andre was a great help, I had ordered the wrong size Eames Chair and he corrected it for me. The chair arrived before the base but that worked out fine. We are impressed with the quality, in fact my husband now wants one for his office. It was easy enough to assemble the arm pads being the most difficult but got it done and happy with the results.

My family loves to sitting on this chair while watching tv or reading book. The black color makes it easy to clean it. The leather is not genuine but it's ok since this chair is comfy and affordable.

These are so great! They are the perfect size, and they are extremely comfortable. Perfect for conversing or reading a book. Well built. And I will say about all of our pieces, we were so impressed with the packaging of our furniture. Everything came in excellent condition, because it was thoughtfully and carefully packed.

This comfortable chair and footstool appeal to me. Lovely color and fabric. I'm not very strong, but I managed to put everything together in a reasonable amount of time. Simply follow the instructions.

We originally spent 3 weeks getting what felt like the run-around, through emails, when the chair we ordered arrived in the wrong colour. Fed up, my husband called to figure out why getting our replacement chair was taking so long when he spoke Chester. Recognizing the frustration level we were at, Chester said he would take over the file and get us the correct chair as soon as possible. Within 3 business days we had exactly what we ordered. Thanks to Chester's action, he took a frustrating experience and turned it into a good one.

Packaging is best. Customer Service was helpful. The website is easy to access. The products are reeeaaally good. I have recognized the 'iconic' design of this chair since its inception. Although I would love to own an original, the price is well beyond my reach. Comes in 2 boxes on different days but it arrives earlier than what was promised. I can feel the high-quality material and it looks great! It was everything I wanted. Easy to assemble looks just like the pictures, very comfortable. Overall, I'm really satisfied.

SCAM. I warn anyone considering purchasing from Sohnne to seriously reconsider purchasing anything, and and/or do some research into the experiences of others with this shady operation. I can't help but believe any positive reviews are all produced by Sohnne themselves.
I feel I was scammed, and when I repeatedly corresponded with "Customer Service", it was a complete and continued useless runaround. You'll get many responses on how much they value your business, but will receive absolutely nothing but empty words/promises.
Take my advice and stay away,

8/20/24 UPDATE: I called the "direct" number to seek redress, only to have it answered by a non-English speaking person who had no idea where Diego was. I am sure my email also will be ignored. That is the level of service you get with this questionable, below-board company. We still do not have a refund for this defective product.
Original Post: Sohnne sold my mother an Eames chair/ottoman. The first time she sat in it - after white glove delivery - it fell backward, launching her head against the wall and stranding her in the chair on the floor. How did Sohnne respond? They charged her twice.

Real company, real chair, real quick.
I received a walnut and black leather Eames Lounge Chair dupe within 3-4 days of ordering (Yes it comes in two separate boxes) and am pleasantly surprised by the consistency of the follow-up. The chair was almost already put together, you just have to put the bases on the legs and attach the arms/backrest and that's it... The leather does smell real, it's soft and seems like good quality so far. I think the look of the chair is one of the closest in terms of price point and aesthetic to the original. I spent MONTHS searching for a chair and finally pulled the trigger and accidentally even ordered the wrong color but Andre, responded to my request and updated it to the right one asap and we're all good. This is a real review, I really bought the chair and everything is solid so far.

I Just re-decorated my personal office recently and wanted to change and upgrade the meeting area. Would normally talk to my client one on one in that area and so I wanted to get something that looks luxurious. Came across this and it’s honestly perfect. They are COMFY. My clients who sat there so far have asked me where to get them. Very happy with this one.
