I just received the small end table with magazine holder. It was beautifully wrapped in bubble wrap and styrofoam protecting the marble top. And best of all, it looks great in my living room!

The wait for the delivery was a little long but the chairs that I ordered was exactly like the picture and the quality was as expected from Kathy Kuo, I was exquisitely happy.

The shipment of an $800.00 bench was a return by a previous customer. The box was damaged when it arrived and clearly someone else received the package and tried to retape the box but failed terribly. The wrapping of the cushion inside the box was opened and the cushion became dirty in transit. Very disappointed.

There are so many online furniture stores to choose from. Unfortunately, it is impossible to measure quality from a photo. My first and only experience with Kathy Kuo was seamless. White Glove Delivery of Bed
The item I ordered was for a vacation home and I wanted to make certain I was there to receive the item for the white glove in home delivery and set up. Hurricane Debby caused the delivery to be delayed, but the shipping/delivery service (Metropolitan, I believe) Kathy Kuo uses was very communicative, responsive and accommodating.

I ordered a clock that arrived with an imperfect hand. I called within 48 hours asking if I could get replacement hands sent to me. I still wanted to keep the clock. I was given a multi-step list of things to do and photos to take, to then submit and see if my request was approved. It was ridiculous. Photos from up close and from a distance, photos of every side of the packing box and the packing list, also write about the problem, etc. It was not customer friendly. I can understand wanting a photo or two, but this was like a huge project they were asking for, over a clock that wasn't even $150. I am too busy to undertake that. I am also soured on Kathy Kuo and won't be ordering anything from them, again.

We ordered two side tables made of metal. One table came as expected and the other table has glue around the base with paper stuck to it. We were successful with some effort removing the paper but the glue changed the color. It is not very noticable but it is there. The company did contact me and offered me a discount on the defective item.

The furniture purchase was fine in a number of ways. But we did have issues.
After deciding what I wanted after viewing on the website and speaking with a person that said they were not a “designer”, I sent many messages, called many times , trying to get anyone to help put the order together. Zero replies. I took a chance and ordered three furniture pieces without speaking or conversing in any way. That part went ok.
The other issue is the daily marketing emails you are sending me. You won’t answer my phone calls or messages, but you can send me 40 emails in three weeks! I’ve been blocking and unsubscribing them, but somehow they keep coming.
