Excellent experience

Excellent experience. Chris at customer support was very helpful. He promptly price matched an office chair and helped me with an issue on the website. We've bought a number of items from Grayson over the years and have always been very pleased. Great to do business with them.

Stay away

Stay away. Shipping has taken so long I’m not sure I’ll ever receive the item I ordered. They do not allow returns or cancellations. And if, somehow, you can convince them to cancel the non-existing order - they try to keep 50% of the total price. Not good, do better for customers.

Darren was great

Darren was great! I ordered our item over the phone from North Carolina. Darren emailed a quote with a secure link to pay for the item. He was able to check stock and tell me when the item is expected to ship out. Ordering was smooth and easy. Just need to receive our piece in about 2-3 weeks.

Best prices on the internet

Best prices on the internet for high quality, name brand furniture. Shipping is not the fastest or overnight because items must be secured by the manufacturer but this is reasonable and expected when dealing with furniture, and totally worth it. Extremely pleased with Grayson and will continue to source items with them for our new home.

Easy ordering but my estimated shipping date did not come by email within 1-2 business days as promised. I called to receive help and my issue was resolved.

Good online shopping experience

I haven’t received the product yet so I can’t comment on quality or shipping, but online purchasing was relatively easy. They offer a feature called “Make an offer” which allows the shopper to offer a different/lower price than listed, but they don’t supply any guidelines for this feature. They declined my first offer without any explanation of why, and asked me to submit another offer, which I did and the response was a counteroffer, which I suppose was their bottom line offer. They could have eliminated some back and forth had they initially responded with that amount. Not a big deal but could dissuade buyers who might see this as game playing, etc..

Going for the amount request and…

Going for the amount request and getting the link was easy. I tried before and it did not work. This time it all went smooth. I gave 4-stars because I don't see a confirmation with estimated timeline and where my order is in the process. A link to a site would suffice. Overall still good. Planning my next purchase now.

Easy ordering on-line

Easy ordering on-line. Great price on a leather reclining sofa made by Hooker. It hasn’t arrived yet, which amplifies the excitement. Free delivery! 5-year warranty, and white glove delivery set-up was very affordable too!

Delivery came without notice

The delivery arrived without notice. I was in Boston and the delivery was to go to Florida in my condo. I received a call from the driver and was stunned that I wasn't aware of the delivery and had to have my contractor accept this for me. Advance notice would have been appreciated.
