I am going to try one more time for my review. I think the last review attempt as well as the one before it just a few minutes ago had some inadvertent spelling errors, and you should just delete them. Here goes with another review that hopefully will not have spelling and grammatical errors caused in the typing process.
Several years ago my wife and I purchased two single mattresses with motorized mechanisms from Urban Mattress. We were very pleased with the service but have had nothing but problems with the motorized Rize mechanisms just stopping and not working. The sales associate who assisted us was knowledgable and patient. He clearly explained everything and showed us a variety of high quality mattresses. The delivery guys were also very polite and efficient, they even took their shoes off before entering our home!

Great service! No high pressure, very helpful in explaining & answering our questions. Able to offer delivery quick. We ended up adding box springs & they were able to add on to our original delivery date with only 1 day notice. Had few last minute questions & staff promptly replied to my voice mail the next day after the holiday.

We have been suffering from the "popular" foam mattresses for years. Within four years, they sank and didn't breathe; my wife and I woke up soaked in the night.
After a lot of research and visiting local mattress merchants, we, by chance, found Urban Mattress. Owner Billy William is superb. He took time explaining in-depth the good/better/best mattresses on the market. We chose his Dahlia Hyergel Firm queen-size model # UM1833-2050 and king-size UB1833-1060. Our opinion? It's the best mattress on the market for a fair price. Best part? Uninterrupted sleep and our lower back pain is gone. We've had the king-size mattress since 2021 and one for the guest room (2024) without issue. Thank you, Billy, for caring; keep up the excellent quality and customer service; it's needed. Urban Mattress was very good at exchanging mattress when we did not like the first one after a couple of months of sleeping on it. The staff was very helpful in explaining the differences in how each mattress was made
The downside is UM is limited in options compared to Mattress Firm

Afterwards needed a low box platform.
Delivery was free. The delivery men were very professional with a health care concern environment

Urban mattress is the best. Just look at their guarantee versus any of the popular online mattresses. We were always spending top dollar and getting bodily indentions on our mattresses. 10 year warranty that covers such indentations was all I needed to hear!

There was one glitch in the delivery. The Ergo 2.0 base that supports the matress arrived as scheduled, but without the mattress, which apparently was left on the shipping dock. However, we were impressed how quickly the issue was resolved, and the mattress arrived the next day. The installers did a quick and well done job putting it all together,

Heart felt greeting. We discussed my budget and bed type. Spent lengthy time trying various beds and showing adjustable frame capabilities! Explaining differences in coils, materials and non toxic fabrics. Warranty for bed and frame & old bedding removal policies explained. Set up a delivery date 6/13. Can’t wait to sleep on my Urban Mattress.
