Almost 19 years ago we bought our first Bedinabox Original mattress. This was at the recommendation of our chiropractor whom had researched the best mattress for back care. We have recommended this mattress to friends that are equally pleased with their mattress. Recently we replaced our mattress with a new Original mattress and are just as happy with the support and comfort of the bed. It’s even cat approved!

Just recently we bought our third bed from Bed-in-a-Box. The first bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept on. The second bed was for our guest room and our guests all want to know where we found it, so they could buy one. Our recent bed was a duel hybrid and is even more comfortable than the others (which we didn’t think was possible). Our sales rep was Jeanine who was great. Lots of knowledge and patience. Our experience with Bed-in-a Box was good (as they all were over the last twelve years). We will buy from them again if our beds ever need replacing. Also, a big plus is that aside from their quality, is their affordability.

I received my mattress and foundation in excellent condition and it was easy to assemble. The mattress is great but it took about a month for my broken body to get used to it, I’m sleeping better and more sound sleep. Jenean with customer service is awesome and I appreciate her service. So far it’s the best bed I’ve ever slept on!

We had given a review and I am now changing it to reflect the care that was received from the company. We were reimbursed by them for the difference in price
that was offered a few weeks after our purchase. Janine responded to me after I posted our review and refunded the difference to us. We are very happy with the mattress and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and comfortable mattress. Most companies would not have taken the time to even respond to us. A great company to do business with. Janine is the best!

The ordering process was easy and everything went smoothly. The beds arrived on time as promised and were a breeze to "unpack". They are more comfortable and better constructed than the "N____r" beds we had tried before. They were supposed to be rated for a "medium to firm" but they didn't hold up very long at all. Won't make that mistake again! Well worth the price!

I called BedInABox and got very good information and advice about one of their mattresses that would solve my sleeping problems. I ordered it and it arrived several days ago. I LOVE this mattress. I stayed the weekend at my aunt's house and she had a BedInaBox mattress. The mattress I had was only a few months old, but I was still waking up with some pain. After one night on my aunt's spare mattress I had zero pain and I had to have one. To top things off, I had to contact customer service before the mattress even arrived because FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Their customer service representatives are also wonderful!

First bed in a box company and I’ve been using them since the beginning (2007). I will always buy my mattress from them unless they start manufacturing somewhere else but so far everything is made in the US including raw materials , I just bought an azul (2023) and it’s an amazing mattress . Any other company is just a copy .

In a world full of boxed mattress brands, BedInABox® has the BEST mattress in a box on the market. My family has slept on several other memory foam mattresses, none of which hold a candle to our BedInABox®. We bought a mattress from BedinABox a number of years ago and we love it. When we got a second home we got a different mattress. Bad decision. We went back to BedinABox and found out what we had purchased years ago. They had the info. We purchased a Tranquillium for our second home and we love it.

The best decision I've made in years! After one month with our new BedInABox mattress I could not be more happy. My sleep has improved many folds and after suffering for years on a competitors hot and uncomfortable mattress my only regret is having waited so long to get a new BedInABox product. My sleep has improved, my health is improving and I'm just happier now with a good night's sleep. I'm one happy customer.

Over the years, we've purchased 3 different mattresses from Bed-in-a-Box, and they've all been of good quality. The whole process of ordering, shipping, and opening of the packaged mattress has been easy and convenient. And the prices have been very reasonable for this quality of product. Btw, make sure to open the box in the bedroom where you intend to use the mattress!

After much research, ordering from BedInABox was one of the best decisions I have made when purchasing a new bed. Their website is user friendly. The bed and foundation shipped quickly with all products described (including pillows). The mattress assembly was simple and the foundation was fairly simple. The ORIGINAL mattress is SO COMFY and we are very happy customers!! Also LOVE that it is made in the USA!

This is my third BedInABox mattress, and I will never buy from another company! Excellent quality at a fair price. Customer service from friendly, knowledgeable people who obviously love their products and want you to be happy with your purchase. My first mattress I handed down to my daughter, my second I sold because I was downsizing to the Queen I just bought. This has been in the span of over 15 years, mind you. Love the 20 year warranty and that it’s made in the USA. No off-gassing and ready to sleep on in a jiffy. It is moderately firm, yet cradles your body: absolutely supportive without pressure points. Reliably excellent sleep night after night.
