After hours of searching locally and online and purchasing samples from several companies, I found the perfect stair runner at Carpet and Tile Mart. I ordered it by phone from Mike Chisarik, E-commerce Coordinator. The next day, I received an email saying my selection was out of stock and discontinued. I was extremely disappointed and surprised to find that Mike Chisarik seemed as disappointed as I was. Together we worked to find an acceptable substitute. It was more expensive but I was not charged for the price difference. Mike was there every step of the way to help. I am pleased with the outcome and feel Carpet and Tile Mart did everything possible to offer good service. Mike Chisarik should be commended.

Wasn’t sure my order had been received, but when ordering, it did say that the order would take I believe 5 to 9 days to process. I received a call and the delivery was scheduled, and the rugs were all brought into my home. Very happy with this product. I had used this company when I ordered rugs about four years ago, and this experience was just as good!

Excellent website and very easy to use. Found the exact oriental hall runner that I wanted and it was easy to measure and order. Very fast shipment and packaging was excellent. Love the runner, very good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Constantly need to check the status of the order. These guys are unable to deliver a product. Constant excuses. Now the shipment is “returning to sender” because if “incomplete address”. Don’t waste your time, there are thousands if carpet sellers out there. Search somewhere else.

From the beginning, Jeff Fitzpatrick was very helpful, very responsive, very personable, and very thorough. I ordered a tile which needed to be to me by a certain date. He kept tabs for me, and assured me it would be available. When it was one day later than we expected, we recieved outstanding service from Aiden (Jeff was off that day). As soon as the truck delivered the tile, Aiden dispatched a truck to us so that we would keep our project running. To me, this was way above and beyond. Thank You to Carpet and Tile Mart!

This is my second purchase at C & T Mart and I am more than satisfied with my buying experience. Customer service is responsive and helpful. The rug was cheaper than any other retailer and came with a free rug pad. Shipping was super fast. I ordered on June 19th and FEDEX was knocking on my door on the 22nd. I am already browsing their inventory for another rug purchase.

I had a very good experience. The only down side was the product I originally selected, which showed as available on the site, was in fact, not available. But they assisted in locating an alternate, which worked out and was easily swapped with no headaches. So, overall, it was a good experience!

Our rugs were shipped in a pretty timely manner and came in as expected. They were shipped from different places and came at different times. We used the Chat function to get more detailed status updates between the different rugs. It was accurate and courteous. The only slightly negative thing was the online status lagged the actual shipping status by a few days.

I was nervous about ordering an area rug on line so I called the company who was very gracious to help me. Her reassuring manner gave me comfort on ordering on line. The carpet was delivered quickly. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

I am very impressed with the quality of packing these special tiles for shipment. The single box of tile was protected within a larger box that was filled with a sufficient amount of packing peanuts. Not a single tile arrived broken. And, the tiles arrived within a week of ordering. At the least expensive price per box and shipping cost that I could find for these unique tiles that were needed to complete my project.

My carpet order somehow got lost in the system and so it was quite delayed in shipping. It was really hard to get in touch with the company but eventually my phone call went through after a couple weeks of emails/messaging through the portal. The carpet arrived though and is good!

You jumped the gun. I have not received my rug yet. It was paid in full in January without knowing that it’s on back order. Initial ETA was August, then early September, then late September, it’s now scheduled to arrive October 9.
I will never make the same mistake of paying in full in advance.

The rug is excellent quality. However, the Fed Ex driver left it by our mailbox on a fairly busy highway. We are 77 years old and my husband has one arm amputated. Our mailbox is approximately 200 feet from our front porch. This made it difficult for us. We never have had that to happen. Whether Amazon or any other delivery truck, our purchases are always delivered to our door. This driver must have been too lazy. I realize this wasn’t your fault.

I stumbled up this shop a couple years ago when looking for a Magnolia brand rug. Pricing, ordering and shipping were exceptional. Last week I once again decided to add an area rug to our home. I ordered another Magnolia brand rug. I received timely updates of my order and arrival of my rug within a week. It was delivered on an incredibly rainy day and therefore outside for about 30minutes until I could get it inside. It was wrapped so well that it stayed completely dry. Unrolled and ready to go. I absolutely love it.

I was slilghtly disappointed that the two runners didn't match but these are inexpensive runners. I LOVE the one that is more 'yellow' (the other one is more 'ivory'). The colors are fantastic...I just wish they matched.

The website was easy to navigate, images were realistic representation of the product. We LOVE our area rug in our newly renovated coastal design space. We ordered and returned about 5 rugs from Amazon that just looked poorly made or didn’t look like the image. We decided to spend a little more money for a high quality rug. Worth every Penny!
