We came in for a Tempurpedic bed and the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so we were able to actually place the order. Then we asked about some additional pieces we were hoping to find soon, and ended up ordering two desks that we also needed. When we left we were displease with having spent so much so quickly, but extremely pleased that Avneesh helped us complete our to-buy list. Would love to work with him again.

The holes were drilled too narrow in multiple areas. The cap for the cords broke into pieces with an attempt to get them on. If the swivel bed I already ordered comes like this, I'm sending it all back!

Very satisfied with this purchase. The bed is of good quality wood, doesn't take up too much room, and my child loves it. Also, it was delivered much faster than I expected.

Excellent quality furniture, and not a scam as mentioned in other reviews. I was hesitant and deliberated on trusting the company for a few weeks. As someone else mentioned here on Trustpilot, they do feature many reviews from customers claiming to be from various countries around the world that all seem to feature photos with Chinese outlets and architecture. I'm not really sure why, as it wouldn't bother me to see reviews mostly from China for a Chinese company. Anyway, I ordered a large walnut bed frame and two walnut bedside tables to the UK and they're fab. Just as nice as the photos and really solid. It took 131 days to arrive at my door from placing the order, so be aware of that; the order has to be fabricated and then travel on a container ship around most of the world. Mine turned up in wooden-framed boxes for protection that I had to pry apart with a crowbar. The instructions are in Chinese but there are diagrams and the assembly was pretty simple. All in all, amazing furniture at a really good price.

Customer support should not assume that I have not checked the whole box for missing screws or if there is a protocol to double check, make that clear and then propose an action plan if there are no screws. For example: sorry that this happened. As part of protocol, could you please double check that there are no screws in the package. If not, we will ship you new screws and expedite the shipping
