Customer Service is Non-Existent
I ordered one cushion but was charged for and sent 4. I emailed customer service immediately after receiving automated confirmation that I needed to modify my order and my request was rejected. I sent numerous emails after receiving my order for return instructions and only received automated replies. They only give you a 30-day window for returns but apparently ignore you so you can’t ever return their product despite a money back guarantee
