Pardeep was highly recommended and we were not disappointed - Pardeep has completely surpassed our expectations. He is someone who truly cares about his clients, he takes care of all the details, doesn’t pressure his clients, understands their needs and most importantly, he picks up the phone or calls right back - his communication is amazing! He reassures his clients and makes them feel at ease, so thank you Pardeep for making this process SEAMLESS! We designed 6.5 wardrobes with James, he listened to what we wanted and executed perfectly. He was helpful, knowledgable and gave us great advice throughout the design process. I appreciated his invaluable advice and suggestions. I did have some expectations of Pardeep, however, I had no expectations from his team who completely blew me away with their work, attitude and nature! Anil and Puneet - their work was FLAWLESS! They came in, worked so fast and so effortlessly perfected every little detail and then left the place every day as if they had not been there which took me by surprise every evening..how could this room look even tidier than before they started?! They both turned up every day on time and carried out the work without any issues..I left them to the job and they carried it out perfectly. Anil and Puneet were so genuine, super friendly, knowledge and so helpful…just really nice good guys who I would HIGHLY recommend. Their workmanship, tidiness, reliability and courteous nature is something which you don’t find very often, so thank you so much Anil and Puneet for your amazing professional flawless work! We received our samoa bed when expected and I have been able to assemble it myself, with the help of my wife, following the video instruction provided by Sergio. We appreaciated the quality of the bed in any single detail as well as its aesthetic. It was worth waiting for it and the money we paid. Not to mention the associated Italian matress which has increased bedtime comfort to another level. Very happy to have find out italia home in London. For sure we will get back there to buy additional high quality products. Francesco
