My salesman

My salesman, Mr. Luis Fernandez, was simply excellent. He was informative without ever being pushy. The purchase process was efficient. I needed to change the delivery date and that went quickly and smoothly.

Sam Boutros was a huge help with the buying process of our new sectional. He was very personable and made the experience enjoyable. When I need to buy more furniture, I will be going to Sam for all future sales. Great employee!

Debbie

Deb, our salesperson, really helped us out on the dining room table and chairs. The store was very busy but she never let us feel rushed. Ended up buying the big bean bag chair that my great granddaughter fell in love with plus a pretty vase for me. Most fun furniture shopping we’ve had (4 generations together).

I ordered my expensive dining room set…

I ordered my expensive dining room set to be delivered today, I was promised delivery today but they forgot to wrap them. So delivery is scheduled for tomorrow Thursday. I’m not happy!

Felt comfortable making my purchase.

We are a younger looking couple and were treated as serious customers. I appreciate the attentiveness aswell as the pleasant energy by both the store manager and show room lady who helped us.

Ralph Lauren was the name of the guy…

Ralph Lauren was the name of the guy who helped me and he was super friendly and always helped me with everything. He was helpful in order to buy my furniture but the supervisor who helped Lauren place the order was not friendly and always seemed annoyed to help. Even the next day when I came back.
I would buy again if Ralph Lauren helped me, but not if their supervisor was in charge. I don't remember his name.

I also remember that the last time I went to order a missing part of my sofa, two guys sitting at the entrance tried to help me but they looked at each other with little enthusiasm. There was no enthusiasm to help people, just sitting in the armchairs and looking at their phones. In the end, they told another girl to help me when they weren't doing anything.

My shopping experience.…

The store had various products available for tryout. Was met at the door by a representative willing to show me around. The representative explained the product as well as the different pricing for each product.

We have had the absolute worst…

We have had the absolute worst experience with your call center. We bought 4 dining chairs and 1 is defective. I followed the instructions to contact your co. I received a call back that my chairs have been discontinued so I cannot get another chair . It has been extremely difficult to get through to anyone without waiting 20 minutes. I have been offered 75 dollars if I want to keep the defective chair!! I don't want any of them now!!! I Do not want a wobbly chair!! I'm actually insulted that you only offered 75 dollars why wouldn't I be refunded all of the cost of the chair!!!! I am now waiting for a manager to contact me. Hopefully, my return will be flawless.

WE WEREN'T PRESSURED OR BEING FOLLOWED. WHEN WE FOUND WHAT WE WANTED. WE CALLED HIM, ASKED QUESTION THAT CONCERNED US. HE WAS VERY ATUNED TO OUR NEEDS AND WANTS.

Very professional

Jorge was really helpful in helping my wife and I decide what couch we wanted to purchase. He measured everything and let us put the pieces of the couch how we envisioned it being in our house. With doing that, it made our decision so much easier and everything went smoothly with checking out. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Can’t wait to have the couch delivered and set up in our house!
