Ordered men's short sleeve pyjama for my husband and it's great! 1 month of wearing it with couple of washes in the washing machine and no sign of wear at all. Will be ordering more for sure

I received my pyjamas but they are several sizes too small, there is no way an xl fits up to size 20 as advertised. I didn’t realise this was a Chinese supplier which probably explains the sizing.
However, there is no return address/label and no customer service telephone number and they have not responded to my emails written to their generic ‘services’ email..
I see they read the reviews.
Perhaps they will read this one ☹️
EDIT 15 September. Silkysilk have responded to my email - after offering me a 15% refund or 30% coupon and keeping the pyjamas (that don’t fit me!) they have agreed a refund and provided a return address.

Great !!! Love them !!! Bought a spaghetti nightdress in blue/grey … It’s a fabulous soft colour …. Bought the dressing gown too a week later and then bought , 2 spaghetti strap camisole tops for my mum in white and beige….
She is a size 8/10 and I thought the medium which fitted perfectly…..
We are going on a super cruise and she is saving them for the trip..
She wears the camisoles underneath different tops.
Would love to buy more in different colours for her. …

My first order for silk pajama set ended up being too small in size. Sizes run a little small. I reached out to company for a return and reorder and they were on it right away. Just received my replacement and the fit is perfect. I do wish they made an xtra large size. With PJ’s a little more room is always a good thing.

The three items I ordered are of very good quality, soft, beautiful colors and fabric even after washing (I used a special program "silk" at 30°C).
I had some questions about the fabric and I wrote to the commercial team who was amazingly professional and very prompt to reply. Even for the shipping I had a question about my new address and the team replied immediately to me. I highly recommend. Great quality and so pleasant to wear! The sizing is inaccurate. Customer service is terrible. They only have a 30 day return window and I have been waiting for 10 days to get the address to return/exchange the items. Still waiting!

This company silksilky has the most beautiful and elegant designs. The silk is great quality and lasts if u take care of it properly. I have placed several orders already and am in love with the style and fabric. It's very hard to find 2 peice nightie with robe set. They have truly done a great job. This is my go to place for luxury and comfort not to mention silk is very healthy for your skin to keep its youth. The best sleep ever with silk sheets and duvet cover. Thank you silksilky!

Exactly what I wanted- a very comfortable light-blocking eye mask that doesn’t irritate my face and doesn’t cost a fortune. It doesn’t feel like I have a cat on my head. It’s very lightweight and does just what I need it to- help me sleep.

Poor quality pajamas! I have ordered brown ( as it was shown on a photo) with lions size M- instead I received size XS, green color and poor quality pijamas. For sure it was my first and last order.

The silk shirt with short sleeves which I ordered arrived swiftly and the quality is extraordinary. Make sure to choose a larger size than usual because the XL which I purchased (normally have a US/UK L) is not too large.

The company makes you feel right in your decisions of what you want and what you want to do and why! The price's can be high, but the discounts they give are good. They also improve with loyalty! The quality of the silk is high although sometimes the shape/ design of garment could be improved, it is still very good ! They are very personable, you can talk to them, and they listen!

Scam company. I received the items I ordered unfortunately one was not as expected so I returned it and asked for a refund, they begged me to request exchange instead which I did, the exchange item never arrived. They claimed it did but there was no truth to this or proof. I have had to file a dispute.

Unfortunately, Canada Post sent out notification that I'd receive the items before they had gone through clearance. The delay from them was frustrating, and in no way was that SilkSilys fault.
