Still no product after three going on four weeks, multiple chats with CS, no progress. Thinking about refund.

The replacement canvas arrived today. Almost a month and a half after the original order was placed. CS still not particularly helpful. The actual product is good and what I was hoping for. Overall experience bumped up to a 3*.

The acrylic print was better than I expected. Delivery was ahead of what I had hoped for. Customer support was fantastic.

Large canvas continue to be inappropriately engineered. did not use wood framing and strong support hardware. the picture not as vivid and clear as photo. used cardboard backing and glue for the seams but didn't consider the impact of the weight. They used the cheap rivet holders. The picture crashed down off the wall in a couple hours and became undisplayable. use Canvas World instead

I've now had 10 to 12 canvas prints made by Canvas Factory.
Each one of them are top quality pieces.
I've needed help a few times, and the support staff always delivered an excellent end result.

The only time there were problems was when I didn't deliver a picture of proper focus or resolution.

I will continue doing business with Canvas Factory.

I paid extra to have a final review done before printing. The experts reached out to inform me there would be blurry parts of the canvas print and made recommendations. My tri canvas print turned out great and I will definitely use Canvas Factory again! Thanks!

Do not purchase from this company. Framing is very poor quality. Did not use wood around the edges as is typical for a large canvas, only heavy cardboard glued around edge to the edge of the canvas also made of cardboard and some styrofoam stuffing inside. They should have know the canvas was going to be way too heavy for the hook holders. Our picture fell off within a couple hours of hanging. Damaged, unable to display. Fortunately it missed our pup who was laying close by.

Absolutely wonderful!
The quality of the canvas print is amazing considering the photo was so old and the colours were so vibrant. We ordered this piece to give to our mother for her birthday of her and our grandfather who passed away a few months ago and words can’t express how grateful we are at the awesome job this company did of capturing the moment we wanted to give her with her dad.
Shipping was also fast considering how slow Auspost can be sometimes and email updates were very much appreciated!

Great intuitive website. Uploaded my photo and saw the results instantly. Expected the canvas to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks and arrived in 1 week. Packaging was great and canvas print turned out awesome. Will definitely be doing business with this company again.

I was worried that the filter I used to process my photo for enlargement was not going to work. I submitted it anyway and hoped for the best. Your people were quick to verify my fear upon review. I was contacted quickly with a suggested solution, and it was applied it to my photo with spectacular results! Not all companies have this type of customer service...I know from past experience. Will definitely do repeat business with Canvas Factory.

The item, large canvas print, arrived quickly; however, the bottom frame was cracked. In notified customer service via email and within an hour received a reply thanking me for the photos and stating a new shipment was on its way!!

Very satisfied with your service, support and product I purchased. One suggestion I would make relates to paint by number canvas purchases. In addition to creating the PBN canvas, a paper copy would be nice to refer back to when blending colors and over painting the printed lines.

Happy once again! I had an issue getting the colour right when I uploaded my image and meant to call Canvas Factory to discuss the issue. I forgot to call, but I was contacted by Canvas Factory to tell me that they saw the problem, corrected it, and also corrected another problem of which I was unaware. What a relief and great customer service, just like the last tiem I used them. Thanks Canvas Factory.
