The entire process of ordering, shipping, delivery etc went flawlessly. The bed frame is of high quality and matt finish, as I had hoped. ( antique mahogany ) There is just a small box cutter scratch on the upper surface of one section of the frame, which is not really noticeable.

Comfortable attractive sofabed, delivery on time, assembled in our apartment. Service excellent. We looked a at variety of sofabeds and found the Danish brand Innovation Living a good choice.

When I received my futon I was not happy with the merchandise and it was return. Kelvin went out of way to make me happy and ask me to go to the Greenpoint store to look at another option. He suggested one for me and went out of his way, that he had one of his workers to put it together so i could see it and guarantee next day. Now I have this great futon in my living room to enjoy.
I give him 10 stars for going out and beyond.

We received our futon cover but have not yet tried to put it on. However, right after the order was placed on line, we got a call from Customer Service explaining that it was made to order and would be 2-3 weeks before delivery. He asked politely if that was ok and I said sure. It arrived in that exact time frame and the fabric looks great!

The in-store and telephone sales personnel were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Voice messages I left were followed by promptly returned calls. The delivery happened on schedule and the delivery men were courteous, fast, and efficient. Looking forward to many a good night's sleep on this lovely, plump futon. :-)

I would give 5 stars except...........I purchased a futon listed as made by Comfort Pure, when in fact it was a Gold Bond. Turns out the model numbers were the same, but still...if it's a Gold Bond, then market it as such. Otherwise, working with Futon land was great - good contact, good price, good shipping.

We ordered both a futon and a cube bed. Purchase itself had a few hiccups but the customer service to fix them was great.
The Cube bed was very nice, assembly was easy and mattress was great.
The Futon frame was also very nice. However, the firm mattress we ordered is more of a super heady duty firm. Way to hard for anyone to sit, let alone sleep. Been trying to contact support for well over a week with no answer.
If we could get help to address the defective mattress I would have rated much higher.

The shipping was a little slow but we were not bothered by that since a quality product is worth waiting for.
The packaging was good and the product was in good condition when it arrived.

I recently bought an Amish futon frame, Otis mattress, futon cover, and mattress protector from Futonland. Damian, Futonland's salesperson at their Brooklyn location, did a terrific job of showing me my options, advising me, and finding solutions to my problems. Unfortunately, the mattress protector I purchased was defective. But this was not the fault of Futonland, and I was quickly reimbursed. As such, my wife and I are extremely happy with our new futon frame, mattress, and futon cover. Thank you Damian and Futonland.
