Easy shop but should be bundled

Pro: Easy to complete order, takes both PayPal and Apple Pay and credit cards.

Con: Lots of add on offers shown after initial purchase that were not included up front. Should be offered as a customizable bundle instead.

Ordered 1 pillow got charged for 3 pillows and knee pillows wanted to return the order but the shipping cost more than what t got charged for biggest scam ever don't buy it

Unauthorized charges and poor customer service

I had a terrible experience with this company. While attempting to purchase one pillow, I clicked on some upsell items just to view them, and before I even hit "checkout" or confirmed my order, I started receiving notifications from PayPal that multiple purchases had been made! I immediately called the company within seconds to cancel the unauthorized orders, but 24 hours later, they emailed saying the items were already sent and could not be canceled.

I did not intend to buy anything beyond my original item, and I’m extremely upset that they processed payments without my consent. I will be disputing these charges via PayPal and will not be ordering from this company again. Beware of their shady payment practices.

Scam alert…I purchased one pillow and was sent and…

I purchased one pillow and was sent and charged for two. There is no receipt or order confirmation sent after purchase but a message there are no changes made after processing and the amount charged. I have had this happen with other companies advertising on Facebook.
When I reached out to the company, I was told I could return the second pillow. I cannot access the contact form to begin this return, and I am the one responsible for return shipping according to their return policy. I didn’t even order it. It’s a scam.
I contacted American Express to dispute the overcharge and was refunded. I’m not pursuing the return now either. Bad business tactic.

It was a mandatory review at the time of checkout. Does not mean much. I am actually annoyed by this. There was no way to opt out of giving a review.

Was hoping pillow would assist sleeping…

Was hoping pillow would assist sleeping on both right and left sides, after cancer neck surgery caused difficulty with pillows. Am thrilled with the added neck support, and is assisting with sleeping in all positions.

It's a scam

It's a scam. They try to get you to click on thousands of links to sell more products. I realized just after ordering that I had made a mistake and ask them to for correct it in the next 10 minutes, which they did not. I received the product, there's no way of sending it back (except with expensive fees for sending abroad). Don't buy anything there!

I am VERY HAPPY with my Pillow!

I am VERY HAPPY with my Pillow!! 😊😊 I am sleeping alot better and longer thru the night. My Airways are more Open, I'm in a deeper sleep, I feel more refreshed in the morning, no more neck pain, lesser snoring (according to my husband 😂).

Second try

Good sleep quality / relaxation of tense neck muscles. PIty the larger size was not available initially because I first purchased the small pillow which is not as good as the larger one.

They are still horrible part 2!

There needs to be an option that does bot use stars. The nightmares continues. The package of TWO pillows - I only ordered ONE showed up to the wrong address... after I cancelled the ordered. I was charged for both. Offered 2 free books. A 30% refund, then a 40%, mind you I canceled the order. 2 people have reached out but done nothing. Now been 2 days since I was contacted and asked for my phone number and NOTHING. So, it's time to go to the bank. Their website is terrible. Each step is a trick to get you to buy additional items autoselected in blue but to deselect you must hit a no thank you sentence in plain black text. At the end there is a survey... but there is no confirm order or review order page at all. NONE AT ALL. Oh and the apology was, we are sorry we are still a young company. How can you be "America's number one copied pillow" and be a young company with and F rating from the BBB and a Facebook page with nearly 1000 people who have the same issue as me. And the positive reviews on here? I don't believe it, I am sorry, unless they were paid to write them.

AMAZING! I have tried so many options for better…

I have tried so many options for better sleep & comfort & nothing worked until I tried my Derila pillow! It is amazing & I look forward to using it every time. My neck & shoulder pains have deminished considerably from start. The quality of the pillow is wonderful. It arrives packed hermetically & takes shape for use imediately. I am truly satisfied with this purchase which is worth every penny. I would even offer it as a gift to a friend! :))

Scam and Scum

So I've been at a dispute with this company for months to which they claim they have refunded me, but they say they sent it to a different Amex card that I NEVER used. I don't even have it in my history of past cards. I confirmed with Amex the card that was used and date, but Derila just keeps telling me they refunded this account.
Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Well laid out website

Well laid out website - easy to place the order, given extra options (just in case) and payment was relative a smooth process. Two thumbs up.
