Terrible. Not one to leave a negative review on many sites however, this site is such a scam. I deposited $50 with and received a bonus. I played through the wager and got $2500. Went to withdraw the money and received a email saying the maximum I could withdraw from receiving the first bonus was $300, okay so I went to withdraw the $300 out and it’s been 2 months of STILL trying to withdraw this amount and they’ve asked for the same verification documents over and over again, the customer service team is terrible don’t waste your time

I recently signed up to N1 a few months ago and deposited $30 with bonus won like $400 on one game and $400 on another knowing that I took the money the bonus they will cap majority of my winnings so I never bother verifying my account or withdrawing it anyway few months later I deposited $50 into the account without bonus and without knowing I'll win big and then go try a game and won massive $7k I go to withdraw it and they slam me with all these verification needed crap I go and verify to be told I needed to request or screenshot a deposit of two payments I made so I do then get told they needed a pdf with my name on it so I head to the bank and the bank gave it I send it to them then to get told my account is being reviewed I messaged customer service to see why Im being reviewed to be told it's because the deposits I made does fit the amount I'm trying to withdrawl I go tell them when why does my account show $8500 and max I can withdrawl is $3000 at a time so I've withdrawal 2x$3000 and 1x $2500 they then replied that I have to be patience and wait for the email that I'll be contacted with soon I then ask how long will it take and they said they are experiencing a high demand of enquires they will email you as soon as possible. It's been 3 months now and have received absolutely nothing do not recommend.

Worst customer service ever. Want millions of data for verification and nothing is right. I am forced to make my private financial transactions visible. Otherwise the verification will not be completed. I had €500 ready to pay out. Maybe it's a common "legal" scam to take pressure of the user to Stealing data. It's definitely a 1/10.
Customer service 24/7😂 The German operator is actually not here... 5 times in a row. What a lucky guy. Bad service and no one has any idea about data protection There is so much better than the N1. So not recommended.
