Bonus and verication horrible
I recently signed up to N1 a few months ago and deposited $30 with bonus won like $400 on one game and $400 on another knowing that I took the money the bonus they will cap majority of my winnings so I never bother verifying my account or withdrawing it anyway few months later I deposited $50 into the account without bonus and without knowing I'll win big and then go try a game and won massive $7k I go to withdraw it and they slam me with all these verification needed crap I go and verify to be told I needed to request or screenshot a deposit of two payments I made so I do then get told they needed a pdf with my name on it so I head to the bank and the bank gave it I send it to them then to get told my account is being reviewed I messaged customer service to see why Im being reviewed to be told it's because the deposits I made does fit the amount I'm trying to withdrawl I go tell them when why does my account show $8500 and max I can withdrawl is $3000 at a time so I've withdrawal 2x$3000 and 1x $2500 they then replied that I have to be patience and wait for the email that I'll be contacted with soon I then ask how long will it take and they said they are experiencing a high demand of enquires they will email you as soon as possible. It's been 3 months now and have received absolutely nothing do not recommend.
