Made a deposit of 20€. Played a few hours,made a withdrawal of 200€. Then continued to play and my account got temporary suspended. Of course support team couldn't answer my question why and no information in the email or whatsoever. That said I'll get answer in my email the next day. So I requested withdrawal for the rest amount of 100€.
Didn't get anything in the email the next day. So went to check my account. And guess what?!?!? My account is blocked! Reason? My country is forbidden. Even though there was an option to choose this country upon registration. So they just blocked my account to not pay my winnings. They said they will return my deposit but seeing all the reviews I really doubt that

They are quick to accept deposits but do not approve withdrawals. The game's bonuses have paid out literally $0 more than three times. The customer service on their support chat is terrible. They request a thousand documents and once all are provided they continue to find other bogus excuses. I won $2000 and have not been paid my money. After complaining they confiscated the funds and closed my account so I am no longer able to log in. I filed a complaint with the MGA and am waiting to hear back. THIS IS A ROGUE CASINO. DO NOT PLAY HERE.
Update: They requested more information from me, two years later, provided everything, still didn't pay out. Lol.

The N1 Interactive Brand is shady, corrupt, and out to steal your money. They run over 20 casinos, with around half of them having special Terms and Conditions limiting your winnings won from bonus money to 10x the bonus amount. This is a scam, done through unfair terms and conditions. Along with that, you would expect to at least get paid. But wait, it gets worse. 2 casinos from N1 have refused to pay me out my winnings citing "major ongoing issues" in their financial departments. Which lasted over 1 month for one and it was still not resolved. There's only two sites run by N1 that have paid me, and 2 that haven't. I don't like the odds of continuing with the brand. Nothanks!

Spend a few days trying to finish my wager to be able to cash out 3x my initial bet.
