Terrible, banned for winning too much

This casino thought to me always check trustpilot or similar sites before signing up to anything involving money, for a start I had to go through what everyone else did to withdraw which was back and forths of every personal detail you can imagine, including bank statements from over a year ago at my last address (no joke), every card I tried (2 cards in total, 1 bank transfer) got declined for vague reasons and each time I had to jump through verification hoops until I could finally do a bank transfer to my revolut, this whole process took around a month

Also the bonuses are complete scams to keep you locked in, once I copped that I'd have to over 100x (forget if that's what it was, but you get the point that it was statistically extremely unlikely) my deposit to withdraw the bonus so I had to throw away 80 euro i'd won to remove the wagering requirements and just play with my real money to which I won 150 more

It was when I came back a couple of weeks later and won a further 350 euro off them (up roughly 400 euro from them now) to which hours later I got banned for no reason and every time I asked why I was given a vague "we can't talk about our internal decisions". I did get my money in the end and the fact that them being down only 400 euro was enough to perma ban me tells me that they mainly rely on suckers not reading the wagering requirements and losing all their money on the fact they'll never be able to reach the rollover and people that get fed up with the withdrawal process (they make it so that it's possible so they can't get done by any regulatory body but also in a way that it's infuriating) and end up gambling what's left in their account and never withdrawing

If you're reading this I hope it's before creating account but if you've already made one and made your way here after attempting a withdrawal good luck and don't give up
