Excellent Customer Service From Unsubby

By mistake I made a cancellation letter request through Unsubby on 9/12/24. This morning, I sent an email to Unsubby apologizing for my mistake, and I received a prompt, extremely kind reply from Michael, Customer Service, who as a nice gesture of good will, issued a full refund to me of the charge. Thank you, Unsubby.

Ease of use

Ease of use, direct contact with vendor rather than my having to communicate through email when there is no direct phone number to call and cancel a subscription and receive a refund.

I made a mistake and clicked on unsubby…

I made a mistake and clicked on unsubby instead of the site I was trying to cancel. I made an error as well as unsubby. They processed without me confirming the transaction. They refunded the money. Handled everything very professionally.

Cancellation Experience

You made the cancellation process easy. My only issue is that you tried to convince me to pay to sub for something when I was literally cancelling a service from you.

I WAS SO FRUSTRATED IN TRYING TO GET…

Angi cancelled a job 3 times in one day…

Angi cancelled a job 3 times in one day 30 minutes before the scheduled job. Not impressed with the lack of communication before the cancellation.

Shouldn't have to do this twice

I canceled on the 7th of September and got charged by Peacock for an extra month on the 10th of September, and here I am Having to pay almost $15.00 to cancel again. I want my money back or will take to small claims court.

There nothing wrong with you guys

There nothing wrong with you guys. It my health problems as I also told you the reason. Going to a retirement home with medical care people to take care of me in my old age 87 3/4 years old. Thanks again for your service.

Cant get in.

Charging $14.95 to close the account. I liked having roku but new service provider does not allow Roku.
Not going back to Comcast.
