I tried so many ways to cancel my…

I tried so many ways to cancel my fitbit prime...many times. Very exhausting...was not getting anywhere! This company came up to help but I honestly didn't think I should pay to get it taken care of. Finally I gave in & prayed it was not a scam. Fitbit Premium is off my bill & XPENDY seems to took care of it but there is an extra charge of $7.95 I don't know what is for? Hope this is the end of a long ordeal

A heartfelt Thank You

I would like to thank you for your help. I have never ran into a company that you just could not reach or get a responds from. N because of your service it was a success. If I ever have an issue with a cancelation again u will be the first person to know.

Please cancel subscription to Xpendy

I cancelled the Asurion subscription myself today. And, I have tried to cancel the subscription to Xpendy by email and get a refund as I do not recall ever signing up for the service. I have received no response from you, but I do have two new charges on this month's credit card statement. Please respond to me immediately.

It was coming from my Bank of America…and My Wellby Credit union. Last charges was 08/28/24.

It was coming from my Bank of America 4x times Visa #8840, May, June, July & August. I got a refund on my Bank of Amer. for $14.95. #1554139081. But none of the $39.44 were refunded.

And my Visa from my Wellby Credit union #1169 x4 in May, June, July & August.
$39.44 each month. Then I had to pay another $14.95 to cancel it again.
Plus had to request a New cards from both. All I got was one page from y'all.
*I need credit on my Wellby Visa.

You guys have been billing me for…

You guys have been billing me for months now when I simply paid for a one time transaction. You never advertised it like a lifetime registration, that's fraud. That's illegal to just be billing someone monthly all because you have his card in your system.

Service

Being 75, I had questions and when I texted they were PROMTLY answered. My subscription to Motley Crew was canceled quickly. This kind of service isn't practiced by many companies and I applaud your company

Your service would be a zero if that…

Your service would be a zero if that was an option. Your business practices are deceptive and the letter - if it was actually ever sent - was never received. When trying to communicate with your organization, the persons responding were unprofessional. I will never use this service again and would advise others to avoid at all cost.

I loved the meals

I loved the meals, they were excellent but I had strained my back whilst standing to cook. Arthritis was a cause plus possibly a strained muscle. Apart from that I would have kept on with the meals.

Took my money for nothing

Took my money for nothing, went to wiener linien and they said there was nothing cancelled and I needed to pay again! and I paid for 2 months more even after the “cancellation” Plus later you took 5€ more from my account for nothing, I would really like my money back. And I dont agree to you to taking anything else from my account!!! Very dissapointed.
