Excellent Customer Service From Unsubby

By mistake I made a cancellation letter request through Unsubby on 9/12/24. This morning, I sent an email to Unsubby apologizing for my mistake, and I received a prompt, extremely kind reply from Michael, Customer Service, who as a nice gesture of good will, issued a full refund to me of the charge.
