Can any one please reply me . They had charged 1 payment 10 euro and now they send so many email .that I must 30 euro to pay . I don’t want to continue this service. What should I do ? I don’t able to pay the amount. They do nothing for me till now . Then how can I pay the amount.can any one please help me I don’t want to continue this service very very bad company

It was good. I was instructed to contact Vriendenloterij to cancel this directly. I have done so and was refunded by Vriendenloterij.
So there this matter is closed, thanks.

Excellent

I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

Con artists, fine print of disgusting prices of sending an email

Con artists no clear instructions, about payment or any proper display of price costs of just to send a simple email.

They even take the time to add in logos of companies that you want to cancel from to make it seem it is internal services.

Don’t trust or use them, rather take 5 minutes to send your own email.

Not a good experience

I used their platform for free...yet…

I used their platform for free...yet still had a demand for €30, they didn't even send the cancellation letter to Amazon Prime, but still charging me...not a genuine company AVOID AVOID AVOID

I do not even know who they are and…

I do not even know who they are and they claim I contracted their services for unsuscribing somewhere. I have written to them by email leaving constance that I have not signed anything. After seeing the reviews I see that it is a scam, I will report them to the police and keep dreaming if you think I am going to pay anything, if you dare to take any further action we will see each others faces in court

Don't fall for this scam

I have accidentally stumbled upon this website while trying to cancel a subscription. I noticed that this wasn't the correct website to cancel and so I stopped filling out the form, however they still asked me by email to pay even though I ended up never needing their services.

After I noticed that I wrote an email explaining my situation, however I never got an answer and a few days ago I even received a letter from them after which I wrote another email and once again they have not responded, I have been waiting for more than a week for an answer to my second email.

Furthermore I see that they reply to these reviews trying to seem like a legit company. They are not, don't fall for this scam!!

These people concentrate on the poor…

These people target the vulnerable, particularly the poor and elderly. They falsely claim that people have used their services to cancel subscriptions with other companies. They are scammers, to say the least. I have reported them to the police. If I could give them negative stars, I would rate them -5 stars.

After this, we process your request and send out a cancellation letter in your name to the company of your choosing. We explicitly as you to accept our policy, which includes a one time fee of €30,00 for our service. We cannot receive an order without the acceptance of all our policies.

I am reallyy trying to contact them…

I am reallyy trying to contact them since ages now like literally its been 6 months.
Once i lost my ov chipkaart so i asked for replacement from here but they were slow and the official website from gvb did it within 1 day soo i tried to cancel it its not working. I wrote two mails already they are not answering the mails, There is no number to contact them nothingg i’ve tried my best to do everything but nothinh is workinh its just terrible. And now they keep sending me mails to pay the money and also letters at my adress.
