Ordering my contact lenses was the easiest experience ever! AND they were much cheaper than if I purchased them through my eye doctor's office, saving me over $250.00 on the cost of my lenses! The website was very user friendly. I simply entered my information, uploaded my prescription, and in less than five minutes I was finished. After hitting submit, I received a confirmation email letting me know that my order had been received. THIS is what I call GREAT customer service!

It was easy for me to place the order. They provided a discount which didn't disappear and also gave me a preference for shipping. As I went back and forth when I wanted to some changes, I didn’t have to start all over and/or didn’t get stuck from 1 screen to the other and my info was still there as I toggled back and forth. All the tools were there for me to place the order as well, example; they gave examples and measurements to work with regarding the frame and then let me know what size I am. They gave multiple choices of enhancements for the lens and showed the colors and gave price options, too!

The check out was giving me two different prices on my phone and computer, for the same order, so I could not order on my phone. Also, when I tried to order the first time they said they do not deliver to my address, which is not true, they have delivered to my address just a few months ago. On my 3rd try, the order finally went through to my address.

I was leery but ordering was a breeze! When my glasses arrive and are acceptable, I may order a pair of sunglasses...that's how easy this was! I did have a problem signing in with Google stating my account was not found but signed in with Apple and all set!

It would have been nice if there was a trial option. Where you were able to pick your top five and select from that or try different ones. If this is not possible then more lens that allowed for live try on. However I am pleased with the cost of my purchase. Upon receiving will be the true verdict!

Why do store credit codes expire?

If you issued me a store credit for a refund, I should be able to use my codes whenever I want or need to. Having to wait for your customer service team to issue me a new code takes entirely too long.

This is my second order. I'm still hesitant because I'm not certain about the width of my eyes. You auto filled it so I assume you knew from my previous order. Here's a prayer all is good. I love the glasses. Never asked me about insurance 😒.

I found it difficult because the site did not seem to know that I had previous orders and prescriptions, the information of which I could have easily have transferred. The use of coupons was confusing. It suggested "bait and switch", nevertheless, I have used your service again. I think it has great potential.

pretty easy to use 1st time. Only improvement is once you try on glasses be able to save it in a group so you can compare. Maybe that feature is there & I just didn't see it.

Having broken my driving glasses, I ordered with GlassesUSA & paid for express delivery with an estimated 3 day time period.
At the 11 day point, I chatted with the company and was informed they were hoping to get vaguely described "circumstances beyond our control" sorted by maybe the 14 day point, but no promises, so wait for email updates (which to that point had never been provided: dead silence after the order).
Of course, they collected my money quite handily with no circumstances beyond their control at all, including the expedited charges. Funny how that part worked like clockwork!
This might be an okay option if you're buying glasses because you don't need them, but if you actually need to SEE, go to a brick & mortar store.

Love the quantity of frames, but difficult to work with at times. Would write the maker and number of the frame to look back at it and often it wouldn't be found only to turn up when scrolling through all available items. This is my fifth order, so obviously I'm not too perturbed by the inconvenience. Just took a lot of my time.

I like the prices. I had issues contacting customer service. All paths lead to AI help. There needs to be a direct person to person number. Customer service is getting harder and harder to access. It took me 3 weeks to find the right combination to access a real person. I was bombarded with emails and texts but no way to contact a real person.
