Ordering my contact lenses was the easiest experience ever! AND they were much cheaper than if I purchased them through my eye doctor's office, saving me over $250.00 on the cost of my lenses! The website was very user friendly. I simply entered my information, uploaded my prescription, and in less than five minutes I was finished. After hitting submit, I received a confirmation email letting me know that my order had been received. THIS is what I call GREAT customer service!

It could not be easier or faster to file a claim and receive payment. I answered a few questions about the vet visit, uploaded a copy of the medical record, and in less than a minute my claim was approved and the payment was sent. I wish my medical insurance was this simple and fast!
