I was very please with the ability to compare prices and upload my prescription …

I was very please with the ability to price check multiple brands of contact lens products. Their prices are reasonable compared to other contact lens prices I check online. Placing my order and being able to upload my prescription via a picture from my cell phone was a nice feature. I will use them again, as I'm please with the price and convenience.

Your process is fairly easy

Your process is fairly easy, although trying to put in your eye doctor information is impossible. Your prices are no better than anybody else’s. There’s really no more advantage your company than any other company.

Great customer service

I recently made a purchase and couldn’t fit my glasses. They gave offered me a refund. The refund that was sent wasn’t correct. They assisted with fulfilling the correct adjustment quickly. Will definitely purchase again.

So far so good

So far so good, easy order process. Other than the 4-6 week wait for one of the Versace frames. I am satisfied. Only hope to receive my other frames in a timely fashion

Wrong Wrong Wrongordered…

Last year In August of 2023 I ordered contacts – they sent me totally wrong sizes. I had forgotten that I had ordered from them and I ordered again in early September. The prescription I sent them very clearly has the spear strength of +150 and the right eye and +100 in the left eye. Today, a week and a half after ordering them, I got the contacts. Both boxes were +150. Now there’s no way that they can say that the prescription that they received which I have very clearly looked at again and again says anything about +150 on the left eye. Now I’m without proper contacts for however, long it takes them to correct their mistake!!!

Customer Service excellence

This morning 09/03/24, I tried to re-order my most recent order from my order history and the cart order and balance were wrong. I tried several times and kept having the same problem. I decided to use the 1(800) number. the women who assisted me to get the correct order was Daniela M. She was incredibly patient, friendly, helpful and professional. She made my experience pleasant, (that's very rare) I want to say thank you to Daniela M., and let you know how well she does with your clients.

I have been loyal customer of EZ…

I have been loyal customer of EZ Contacts since 2017. Love that they carry a huge selection of sunglasses/eyeglasses, unbeatable prices, good return/refund or exchange policy and most of all wonderful customer service, most specially RIVKY. RIVKY has been helping me out for the last 3 years. She is so genuinely friendly, helpful, efficient, good listener to my needs or wants, knowledgeable about EZ Contacts products, services and policies, goes above and beyond to ensure that I’m one satisfied and happy customer. If you hate yourself and do not value…

If you hate yourself and do not value your time or money, then you should probably shop here.

Twice they sold me frames that were unavailable. The second time they didn't even bother letting me know, and just sent me whatever color they thought I would like. Return process is terribly frustrating. Customer service rep I spoke with said it was unfortunate that I was unhappy with them sending me the wrong product... like it was my fault.

website said order completion 7 days, it has been 17 days and you're saying it could be another two to four weeks. I would have never ordered if I had known it would be a month and a half to get the glasses.
