I feel Zenni did an exceptional job with the lenses. The initial order was or should have been quite affordable. My issue is that my Rx directly states that I need transitional lenses in my daily activity; however, when ordering them from Zenni, the charge for transitions pushed my purchase well over what I would consider reasonable.

I've been using Zenni for years, for my husband and son's prescribed glasses. Even with insurance getting a pair of glasses from our eye dr. is ridiculously expensive. My guys are tough on their glasses, so being able to buy stylish, inexpensive glasses with their exact prescriptions is great. I've done regular, sunglasses and transitions, without any issues. The sales and rewards programs are exceptional as well. Thank you Zenni, great job !!!

I have bought several pairs of glasses from Zenni over the years, including some transition lenses, but the pair I received from order #o6347266274 are terrible. I paid extra for the purple transition lenses and they are not worth it. The picture demonstrating the transition is far from accurate, as they provide next to no shade. Terribly disappointing.

You produced my glasses according to the specs that my optician gave me after my recent exam. I could not read signs on highway thus I sent the glasses back. You verified that the glasses were within ANSI specs, yet still gave me a refund.

I placed an order for contact lenses and received them in less than 24 hours of placing my order! I did choose expedited shipping, but the speedy delivery exceeded my expectations! Very Satisfied Customer! I just received my eyeglasses from Zenni. I usually would purchase through area opticians and eyeglass stores but their prices were so high after I added my progressive lens prescription. My Zenni eyeglasses with my prescription lenses and rush shipping was under $200! I saved about $200!! They fit comfortably, look amazing, and I can see perfectly!! I'll be ordering sunglasses next!

Fabulous glasses! Love the fit, the frames are a great color. The prescription is perfect. Service was quick and correct the first time. I appreciated the email letting me know that the product was on the way. And when it was delivered.

LOVE the style I picked and excited about not having to wear clipons, which scratched my lenses on my last pair, or wear those ugly fit overs outside. Don’t believe they get as dark as the clipons but they’re a little darker than the standard transitions I’ve gotten b/4. So they will do! And they get slightly dark inside the car which is another plus.

I added the collapsible cases for $6.95 not realizing the frames came with one. The transitions came with a fancier case than the just blue-light protective pair. I may have added just one case, or neither, had I known.

But I’ll use my blue case for the blue-light glasses and my black case for my transitions, so no harm done.

SVS was charging $257 after my $130 insurance benefit—for one pair of anti-glare, anti-scratch. I paid $203 for all this plus overnight shipping—without using the insurance benefit.

Then it showed up a day earlier than quoted (order fulfillment plus shipping was 3 business days/5 calendar days)!

Always a great experience with Zenni. I’ve order around 10 pairs of glasses over the years. This last time I ordered two pairs, but one of them didn’t fit my face. I called and they did a return and refund without any hassle. Great company with great customer service.

My previous frames were damaged, wasn’t eligible for new frames through my insurance for another year. Heard about this company through friends who were very happy! I have to agree! Pricing is the best thing you do well. Ease of ordering is next. Third is you are there to help, like, immediately. Fourth your product shipping is satisfactory and Fifth I like the fit.

Please consider more frames, I like wild and colorful, perhaps futuristic frames at a reasonable cost also. I am getting shall we call it, unwanted other on-line vendor ads to lure me into to their sites for sales with cool frames at good prices. I'd rather stay with Zenni. Please consider this suggestion.
