It was easy for me to place the order. They provided a discount which didn't disappear and also gave me a preference for shipping. As I went back and forth when I wanted to some changes, I didn’t have to start all over and/or didn’t get stuck from 1 screen to the other and my info was still there as I toggled back and forth. All the tools were there for me to place the order as well, example; they gave examples and measurements to work with regarding the frame and then let me know what size I am. They gave multiple choices of enhancements for the lens and showed the colors and gave price options, too!

I had called and spoke to a male customer care representative, in reference to the New Dailies, now in Colored Lens. The representative was very honest with me and said to try them out first with your doctors office before purchasing them through him, because there has been cases where the lens move more on some people (not all), due to the diameter of the lens. I really really appreciated his sincerity, instead of just making a sale. I later put in a couple orders for the Colored Monthly Contact Lens, which works better for me. You might be luckier whereas, the Colored Dailies might work out for you (save money on lens cases and lens cleaners, this was my goal in going for the colored dailies).

Your male Customer Care Representative “Rick Williams”, is an Asset to Your Organization. He walked hand in hand (figuratively speaking) with me in cancelling an order that would not budge any further when I reached the section to make my payment. Therefore, with his patience, calm demeanor through and through, he did not give up and kept trying ways to push along, nor did he falter with any sighs, impatience or abrasiveness in his tone. He created a temporary password for me, so that I could go into my email and cancel the order that presented itself there and yet wouldn’t allow me to pay. Then, he placed a New Order for me that did allow me to move along smoothly and Pay Your Organization. I almost gave up and would have ordered checks elsewhere, but, with Mr. Williams personable assistance and kind demeanor, I did not give up either. I felt like a family member, if that makes sense.
