I was very impressed!!!

I was very impressed. First, the site is excellent, with a lot of great art. It is easily manageable and searchable. Impressive that you have works from artists all over the world. I called and spoke to customer service once and they were really great, very nice and very responsive! Lastly, the painting that I bought was great!!

Very impressed!

From start to the date I received my picture the account manager stayed in touch and let me know where we were in the process. I purchased my art from Prague, so it had to go through international customs. It was a very smooth and uncomplicated process. Will definitely buy from Zatista again!

Great customer service

We ran into an issue with the first painting I ordered. Zatista's staff displayed a level of service I rarely experience these days. They really made sure we got everything straightened out.

Let the art stand

Zatista customer service reached out and gave me a credit for a new frame, even though I told them that wasn’t necessary, but they did it anyway! Now, my art hangs beautifully in my foyer and I love seeing it every day. I’m already planning my next purchase! I highly recommend Zatista!

Great Website For Art Sellers and Buyers.

As an artist, I greatly appreciate the opportunities and staff support provided by Zatista. Zatista is an expertly curated website that helps artists to find new collectors for our art. After several of my paintings have been sold by Zatista, I have received excellent staff support. Staff have been quick to answer questions. Zatista also does a really good job of promoting art, for example through regular emails to customer list.

I love Zatista!

As a artist, it is a wonderful company to deal with! It is easy to reach them with questions and concerns. They are all helpful and very nice! They do an excellent marketing job promoting artists. The only thing I wish is that they would email printed shipping labels after paintings are packed and weight and measurements are supplied. I also would like it if the website section in artist account/your artwork had more images on a page. This would make it easier to find our paintings.

Professional online art gallery

I sold an original oil painting that I made in 2015 to a customer in the US. Zatista made it possible for this piece to be purchased and collected by this customer. So happy to have found this creation a home where it'll be cherished.

I'm an artist on Zatista

I'm an artist on Zatista, I just sold painting from Zatista.
Good communication with Melanie in regards to panting shipping, they immediately resolved the issues I was having with shipment so I was able to ship the panting within two days.
As soon as the customer receives the panting, the gallery transfers the money
Zatista is also a good platform for artist to sell paintings.

As a visual artist you need to be…

As a visual artist you need to be represented by at least one or two art selling websites besides your own. I have been working with Zatista now for probably over ten years and am pleased with their service and the quality of art that they accept.
My questions have always been answered to my satisfaction and I am also pleased with the placement of my pieces, many times, prominently on the first page or two..

4th purchase, still thrilled

I recently made my 4th purchase from Zatista...and I am thrilled. I am an art lover and a maker and I find Zatista so inspiring. What I most appreciate is the ability to find original pieces within my price range. I have also found a personal connection with the artists. All the pieces I have purchased have arrived in perfect condition and promptly. It is a joy to have these artists and their work at my finger tips.

Cold sale update - Since the time that I posted this review, an agent contacted me to discuss my concerns. The agent gave me advice about how I might handle a possible sale. In the meantime, she of

I've been informed that two buyers (separate instances) wished to buy a picture from me. I produced the photograph and prepared it for mailing in one case and sent it off in the other. Both sales fell through - the photograph that was mailed was then returned unopened.

I have no reason to believe the agent didn't give adequate attention to the sale, but i do find the experience unsatisfactory.

Since the time that I posted this review, an agent contacted me to discuss my concerns. The agent gave me advice about how I might handle a possible sale. In the meantime, she offered money from Zatista to cover my expenses for materials and mailing. I’m completely satisfied with the manner in which Zatista handled this problem.

We were very happy with our painting and the process of purchasing and receiving it. It arrived from Spain surprisingly quickly and was packaged well to avoid damage. Our contact person at Zatista responded promptly to our questions. No complaints at all
