Our 15-year-old Cocker Spaniel recently…

Our 15-year-old Cocker Spaniel recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I have been a customer for many years because your supplement gave her the quality of life she deserved. She was able to run with our three big dogs for the last couple of years. She could hardly walk until I started giving her your miracle supplement. In the past 4 years, I have added 3 pups, Lab, an Austrian Sheperd, and a Husky mix to my pack. My furbabies have never gone a day without me giving them YuMove. Thank you so much for the extra years you gave to my Jackie

Original a shipment dates have been way…

Original a shipment dates have been way too close together since I started my account. Spoke to customer service rep. Who was very helpful and figured out a new shipment date to make this work better for me. One thing that bugs me is I always get text regarding how the product is working. It is a very difficult answer when you have a soon to be 11 year old 75 lb. German Shepherd with moderate arthritis who is also on Rimadyl.But this dog walks and hikes 4 miles a day and is very healthy for her age!Im sure it must be a combination of the 2 and good breeding that attribute this.I will always use this product and the Rimsdyl together and hope for the best every day as my dog ages.

I use Yu Move as a daily supplement for…

I use Yu Move as a daily supplement for my 13 year old Corgi together with his monthly shot of Adequon for his joint pain. I have noticed a definite improvement in his movements and he’s even a little more active. He runs around the house more and is more active. He has now lost some weight due to being more active which is great news because it’s what he needs to relieve some of the pressure on his joints.

First experience and extremely happy!

After reading all the info on the website I decided to give this a try for my 10 year old German shepherd girl who is showing some signs of joint discomfort. After making my decision and processed the order, I realized that I had accidentally ordered the wrong product. I quickly sent an email that was provided for customer service explaining the error and asked if I could cancel that order so that I could order the right product. Since I placed the order on a Saturday evening, I received an email first thing Monday morning letting me know they cancelled the order for the incorrect product and got the correct product ordered for me. Excellent customer service! I fully expected that it was too late to make the change and would just have to accept what I ordered in error and I'd have to just make sure I ordered the correct product next time. I just received my order today and my dog took the caplets like a treat! I thought for sure I'd have to crush them up in her food like I had with the other supplements I was giving her. So far I am extremely pleased with this purchase and look forward to seeing the results in the weeks and months to come.

A great company to work with

Cooper is so much more active now that he’s taking YuMove. The customer service assisted me in getting the correct dosage for him during the initial “ramping up” period. These folks are great to work with!

Why I believe it helps.

I just recently started my puppy on Yumove. My oldest is 9 3/4 years and was diagnosed with arthritis in her wrists. She is able to keep up with the younger dogs in the pack of 5, and today she ran a Fast Cat Course with a time of 12 seconds. She is only 12 3/4 inches tall, so I believe it is helping her maintain her quality of life, as well as my other four ages 7 months, 2,3, and 6 Shetland Sheepdogs.

You were recommended by a vet…

You were recommended by a vet assistance for my 2 older dogs. They like to eat the medication which is easy, but I don't really realize a difference in their joint health.

Moving is good!

My order of YuMove came at the exact time I needed them.

My dog has arthritis in her back legs and is having trouble falling once in a while and not moving good. I have noticed after using YuMove she is much better at walking with less falls. We love it!

My old dog passed away in June at the…

My old dog passed away in June at the age of 15. I cancelled his subscription easily and hassle free. This week I received a "sorry for your loss" hand written card with a packet of forget me not seeds. This was such a lovely gesture and really made my day. Thank you so much.

Easy peasy ordering and Sassy loves them.

Easy peasy ordering. In fact my veterinarian wrote down exactly what to order. She has tried many products but found this one to be the best. Sassy will not take pills or supplements ever, I'm thrilled she readily takes them from my hand and enthusiastically chews them, for me that's a huge deal because I'm in a wheelchair and can't possibly get to the floor if she spit them out. A winner 100%!!

The online ordering service was…

The online ordering service was problematic. It gave me a discount code for 50% off, but then interrupted the order to request an email. When I complied and then completed the order, I only noticed later that they had taken away my discount. I called the C/C number at 5:15, but your office was closed. I left a message and then sent an email. Ultimately, they corrected the issue, but it caused me stress and a lot of unnecessary time to deal with this issue.
