The shipping experience was excellent--the bag arrived quickly and had the most protective packaging I have ever seen for a pre-loved bag. As for the bag, it matched the photos and description exactly and might have been in even slightly better condition than shown. If I'm going to spend a decent amount of money on a pre-loved designer item in the future, Yoogi's Closet will definitely be my first choice for shopping. 10 out of 10 experience!

I’m have been a client for years now and have bought and sold several luxury items. I have always had excellent experiences with this luxury brand resale company. The service is top-notch, and the quality of the products is outstanding and authentic. Their website is user-friendly, making the shopping process easy and enjoyable. The item was categorized as Like new and the description literally said the uppers are clean with NO WEAR but there are black visible scratches on these (red) shoes so that was misleading. The shoes came in a black drawstring dust bag that shed black lint (black microfibers) all over the shoes and a YC company sticker on the bottom that leaves sticky residue (why?). This takes away from any “luxury” experience because I had to thoroughly clean the shoes for no reason. All in all I don’t regret my purchase. The item is authentic it’s just that sometimes with vintage it feels like you are buying rich people’s trash. And the details (thoughtful packaging, being honest about the condition) are what make something a 5/5 purchase. Sorry. I still wish the company only the best and I do recommend them in general.

The Chanel Earrings were described to the detail. The brightness of stones and the “like-new” appearance was more than I imagine. I was super suprised, but I have never been disappointed. Yoogi’s Closet provides quality and authentic merchandise. It felt like Christmas!!

Items description inaccurate / incomplete. Bought a bag listed as gently used when in fact it should be well loved or significant signs of wear. After purchasing I noticed a small tear in photo that I admittedly missed, when I reached out to ask why tear was not detailed in description they said it’s in the pic. Item has now arrived and there’s another tear on other side of zipper which is not in photos. They say their bags are selective which seems false. All in all disappointed I’ve gotten two quotes for repairs of the tear and based on my location I’m getting quotes in the 200s minimum 600 max. It also really smells.
