The course content was originally straight forward and easy to understand. The format of the course changed part way through and I would not purchase this in the new, much less flexible setup. I also found that the zoom classes offered mixed messages among the different teachers and occasionally differed from the course content. To improve this program, I’d recommend 1) Reverting to the original format of the program so learners can decide the order they’d like to complete the modules in 2) More explanation and consistency around what a peak pose is and how to incorporate into your lesson plans 3) Active moderation in the Facebook group

Swati yoga sessions are exactly what I needed to calm down... Her approach and focus on flexibility have helped me feel more relaxed and centered. I've seen huge improvements in my posture too! Thank you Wowfit for Swati!

Love the warm up and arm balance cues! She really incorporates all of my favorite things: breath, body cues, and building poses!! Would recommend this even just for building strength and improving one's practice.

Always EXCELLENT ! Pam keeps me healthy and pain free!! I recommend her to anyone. I'm 73 years old, without her treatments I wouldn't have the life I like to live! Thankyou Pam❤️

The onboarding process was easy/personalized. The app helps create a structure for a regular meditation practice. I've found the mantra-based meditation that I learned through the app and the training that preceded it extremely helpful.
