The delivery had some errors which were not Whosits and Whatsits' fault. There was an error in communication, but they worked hard through multiple avenues to reach me. After correcting the shipping issue, they sent me what I asked for through free priority shipping. Top notch customer service and fun/quality items. Will shop with them again!

i love how fast they are about emailing me back if there’s a problem with my order. Super fast and reliable. Plus I bought a pan beanie from here like 4 years ago, washing it like every few days, and it is still really good looking. No color fading, stitching hasn’t frayed at all, still really elastic. Honestly I’ll probably never buy Disney merch from anyone else lol.

literally one of the best places. i’ve ordered so many clothes from here it’s insane. the customer service is also amazing. if something isn’t right they go above and beyond to make sure any issues are fixed. also they really care about their customers. their social media account always interacts with peoples tweets or posts about whosits or photos wearing whosits and it really makes you feel like they care. i would recommend whosits and whatsits to everyone.

I've been seeing this shirt in my feed for forever, and every time it crossed my path I was unsure if I should get it because of the sizing. I'm have a pretty small frame, and usually unisex shirts, even extra small ones, tend to be too big on me. I love Hocus Pocus, and all things Halloween, so I took the jump this year (and checked my measurements, even though that can be a tricky subject too), and I'm really pleased to say that, although a little baggy, which I expected from the measurements given, it looks great on me! Really happy I finally decided to make the purchase.

I absolutely love the shirts! I got the Thunder Mountain Goat shirt and Haunted Mansion shirt I love those attractions soooo much! They are so clean and comfortable and cute!!! I also absolutely love how since they weren't a preorder shirt (I'm not sure if they do preorders) how fast and efficient they arrived! :)

Every time I have purchased anything from Whosits and Whatsits, I instantly love the product when I receive it! I have interacted with customer service once a few years ago (bought something on clearance and they ran out of the size I selected), and they responded quickly and we resolved the problem. Also, the items they make are so amazing, I love wearing them in public (especially when I'm in the parks)! Not a fan of Traci, she is pretentious and stuck up. Literally never wanted to buy anything from her to support her ever again but this is a gift. So here we are. Traci is NOT a mental health awareness crusader as she claims, she is unwilling to help those who are in need of simple tasks like needing an ex boyfriend blocked for someones own mental health to be taken care of. Simply because she doesnt want to deny one single horny 40 year old man the chance to stare at her while he jerks off. So thanks for not blocking him Traci. So one star for traci as a person and 1 star for traci's company as a whole.
