I absolutely love White Fox and everything about their brand. Their shipping is amazing, clothing has the best quality and looks, has the best community and replies with any problems that occur in minutes. I am amazed by their brand and is the best clothing brand I have ever seen in my entire life.

Ordered for first time. One of the tops has a hole in it. Discovered after tags taken off but definitely a manufacturing fault. Refused refund or return. Going round in circles. Seems completely unaware of consumer protection law. Disgraceful.

OMG! White fox is my new holy grail! Everyday, I wake up felling so excited to wear a new lounge set from white fox, and as a university student, I need comfort and style in my life and white fox gives me everything I need! I’ve now got an entire wardrobe of clothes that I wear everyday! The best thing about the clothes is that there is such a big range on what you want to buy, so if you wanted a baby tee and a hoodie, white fox has your back! Like I said before, I love white fox so much and they have sales often. Don’t forget to sign up to get notified on when new things are coming or if you want to be notified when something you want has been restocked! Happy shopping guys!

I needed help changing sizes for a gift. I contacted White Fox in the evening after business hours and still got a prompt response and they fixed my problem. I am very impressed with this excellent customer service!

This is kinda scam. They sent me a fault product and they don’t accept a return.
Bad shipping process.
Terrible customer service approach, worst online shopping experience. That was a gift, they literally messed up! Stay away from this brand!

Inaccurate and unreliable delivery timeframes. They say delivery time is 3-6 business days after the dispatch on their website, but it has been 8 business days and the package is just out of customs clearance. I have not received. If I had known upfront that kind of major delay your shipment caused with the gift I planned to give, I could have reconsidered my purchase. It is completely out of European and UK standards. Perhaps, they’d better update the delivery timeframe listed on your website. It is completely inaccurate. No help from the Customer Service, the responses were like sent by a chatbot. This has been one of the worst shopping and customer experiences I have ever had

I had an issue with sizing for my items and accidentally messed up my exchange. Contacted them about the issue and they came back to me the next day with my problems fixed. The delivery was super quick with the quality of the items being amazing. Would definetly purchase from them again soon.

My daughter had been wanting one of these hoodies for quite some time. As a gift for starting secondary school I purchased one.
The delivery time is much longer than stated and the item was ‘in transit’ for about two weeks. I did contact customer service but quickly learned that I wasn’t to be expecting any decency or quality customer service any time soon.
The hoodie did eventually arrive and I must say the quality is poor for the price of this. It seems to be another ‘hype’ marketed largely on social media to pull in purchases. Other than that, there isn’t much more to say. For what I paid, I’d rather have purchased from a high quality clothing brand - this is very ‘market’ quality in my opinion.

Such a difficult company to deal with and website/app to not align, functionally is shocking when it comes to credit vouchers!
They have a strong UK following yet try to get hold of someone in UK time is a challenge.
You can’t see credits on the app.
You can’t use them if you use Shop
And from my experience you can’t use them at all right now! As it shows the credit bit won’t apply it despite me choosing a different method other than shop!
Expect to go on a site add to basket apply credit and leave not be waiting and trying multiple options to get the job done. Am currently awaiting CS coming back to me but expect this won’t be till I’m asleep!
The whole returns and credit only puts me off using this brand now! The sizing is hit and miss so the need to order multiple sizes and return them FOC like other brands would be a much better experience.
Logically for a brand of this size distribution from the UK for UK orders and returns would make sense the scale of the business they must be doing here I feel confident would warrant this!

White Fox was super easy to get into contact with and helped to dispatch a package with suspension of fraud. It was super easy to solve the problem!

Worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with. I sent 2 items back due to them arriving with stains on, which was stated. They accepted no accountability and accused me of causing the stains. They asked if I would like them to throw the items in the bin, or return them to me for £10. After many back and fourth emails I paid the £10 to have them returned instead of wasting almost £80 on 2 items that they wanted to throw in the bin. 8 weeks later and I am still yet to receive the items, I have emailed 3 times and have had no reply. Diabolical company, how anyone can give a positive review is beyond me.

Item was delivered after 7 working days which I thought was fab, I was expecting longer. Item looks lovely and quality feels good too. I was nervous ordering from Australia because it if didn’t fit or something it could be a nightmare, but really impressed and would definitely order again.
