Galileo was great! We were fortunate that there were only 2 of us that day so it became a private tour. He took extra time explaining the sites that we were most interested in such as the history of the colonial era and the many ruined churches, monasteries, and convents. We finished at Casa de Jade where we found several beautiful keepsakes at fair prices. Patronize a small business owner and take a tour with Galileo!

Eiffel tour was a scam ! The hours did not match missed almost or diner cruise. Basically it's just an average Joe who buys tickets resales the m double the price. Give's à 5 min talk under the Eiffel tour and than you stand in the cue like everybody else during an hour.
You better of buying your ticket a not waste time with a pseudo-guide
Guid Montmartre ok with a lot of knowledge but did not accommodate to adolescents

This was a small group (8 of us) and Natalie lead us on a very insightful and informative walk through the old part of this port city. She provided us with many bits of history, along with a bit of Italian local customs (who knew Capacino was only drank in the mornings, and one shouldn't drink wine with pizza?). We did stop three times to sample food; coffee and pastries, a sample of three types of pizza, and then ending with wine and a "Bento-box / Italian Charcuterie board" lunch. All this in around 3 hours.
As our walking tour ended, we realized we had benefitted from Natalie's local knowledge as well as her appreciation for the local cuisine. We all seemed to have a great time!

The Gozo day trip was excellent. Booking online was easy, and the communication process was very good, although possibly excessive.
I was collected early and taken to the speedboat and across to Gozo.
The Jeep safari was great fun, and our guide/driver Mark was excellent. He took us to all the agreed sites, plus a couple of others en route, and his commentary was informative, helpful and appropriate to the group. Mark went out of his way to ensure everyone was comfortable and to point out easier routes where needed.
It was fun and good value too. Happy customer!

Andy and Jamie made our trip the best it could have been- Andy got us right out to see some great ocean life- knew exactly where to point us for turtles and star fish and other coral life. It was pouring rain, but that only hampered our sunset- we had good hot pizza and strong drinks at the dock. Jaime was full of fun insider info while we were traveling from spot to spot.

The sunset cruise was a great experience in Santorini. Viator provided plenty of options to choose from and precise details regarding what each option offered. The cruise company we chose communicated well prior to the day. They sent a sprinter to pick up the group and was right on time. The cruise itself was amazing. The crew was nice, provided context as to what we were seeing, and the history of the island. They were helpful during the stops and prepared us a great meal.

We had an amazing day with Andy from Mad Max Tours. He was personable and quick witted. He made our day fun and entertaining. The sights we experienced were incredibly beautiful and the explanations of those sights fulsome.

Jasmin did a fine job: She is knowledgeable & did a fine job keeping the group together. The group was too large (not her fault). A lot of time was wasted with her having to corrale 31 people. Also, because there were 2 Germans in the group, she translated everything. I speak German & enjoyed hearing thr language, but I fear we just got half a tour because of that. Fortunately, the Germans finally told her they understood English, but the tour was more than half over by then.

Our cab driver was very patient and personable. Even though they are required to wait 90 min while you navigate customs, immigration, and luggage pickup which takes longer than 90 min, she waited patiently for us as we communicated with her throughout our arrival process. To ease the time pressure I would recommend Bali cab not to start their pickup time until at least a half hour after the flights arrival.

We had a small group tour of Lyon with guide Toni. With a contagious love and enthusiasm for Lyon and its history, Toni brought local stories to life. A very enjoyable 4 hours. We would highly recommend Toni, and his partner Maud, who kept us updated prior to the tour, and provided us with a long list of food stops and other activities after the tour was over. Thank you.

I downloaded app as directed after my booking to get trip details but the app said I had no trips booked. There was no contact to get details of where to meet our tour, we had to ring the cruise company directly and they sent our tickets with meeting details. Then when we got to the bust tour component of the trip the driver didn’t have us on his manifest. The content of the trip was good but organisational communication was poor.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great setup and great with our kids. We are newly arrived to San Diego and wanted to see the local fishing experience to get an understanding and they didnt disappoint. Our experience with Charleston Outdoor Adventures was excellent. We were very happy with our 2-hour Kayak tour of the marshes of Folly Creek. Our guide was knowledgable and helpful. The teamwork of the other members of the COA team made the launch and landing quick and easy as well.

Pedro was an EXCELLENT guide who took us on a fantastic adventure that included beautiful hikes to a waterfall and a secret lagoon, leisurely walks though quaint villages, and a delicious lunch. His knowledge was vast and the overall tour was more than we expected. Just book it!

Great tour in Athens. Dimitris our tour guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable. Our group got drenched during a heavy downpour at the Acropolis. Dimitris took us back to our hotel so that we could change our footwear, which was greatly appreciated.

I canceled an event over 24hrs in advance. Viator agreement said I would be refunded if canceled over 24 hrs. Viator would not refund me. Viator blames it on the tour company, the tour company blames it on Viator and there driver. I have deleted Viator app will not be using again because Viator did not live up to its policy, as well as poor customer service

Senny was an outstanding tour guide. We had reached out prior to the tour with some questions and the response time was very quick and communication with Senny was excellent. The tour was very informative and the spots visited were beautiful. There was a perfect balance of free exploration and guided tour time. This was the best day spent in Barcelona! We used Viator to schedule an excursion of night snorkeling with Manta Rays through Kona Coast Boat Tours. It was absolutely incredible! Captain Kelly and his crew were absolutely amazing and it is one of the top experiences for my husband and I! Don’t miss this!
