They have a very versatile selection of different styles. I love to go shopping there because you always find something you need. The only thing I miss is the jewellery. Maybe you could expand the collection a bit.

The account setup was simple, although the phone numbers did change in formatting from one page to another.
The order process was also straightforward although it would have been easier to have set up multiple contacts and addresses from the start of the account setup process rather than during the order and payment process.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience and did not cause any problems. The product looks good and the standard delivery terms very reasonable.

Lady at the fitting rooms and the lady at the cashier both were super friendly. I find the clothes in general overpriced, but there are some nice items you don't really find anywhere else. So once in a while I'll be from UO.

Ordered 4 items. It arrived in poor parcel packaging, a thin plastic bag. One item (a small tin plate) was damaged due to no extra wrapping, new top also damaged.
A dress that was originally priced 80€ was now discounted to €22.50. The quality however is really not worth more than the discounted price. It will wear off soon because the sewing quality is low.

My first time ordering online and it took over a week to shipped! On top of that I got the completely different top from what I ordered then had to return it and didn’t even get my full refund (include shipping) for their mistake.The top I initially ordered was also sold out in my size after I was looking to make an exchange instead. First and last time ordering online.

I took my teenage daughter to find some cool pieces to wear. The shop has a vibrant choice of clothes, perfect for someone who likes mix and match styles. The staff were super nice, helpful and informative. They helped me, the old-timer, with the same energy as they help young shoppers there, which is not always the case in cool stores in Amsterdam. So big applause and thank you to the employees! They really make the shopping experience even better. We’re gonna be regular customers there.

The girl at the till was so friendly and helpful when I was paying. I was only buying one top but she made sure I had an account set up etc and was overall very kind.

I ordered a different colour online of a top I bought in store thinking the material would be the same. The in store top was a lovely gauze like material. The description of the online top said the material was gauze like which was the reason I wanted to get it but when it came I was very disappointed to see that it was a very think cotton material that didn’t fit very well even though the other top was the same size.

The store was very messy and dirty. Lots of leaves and fluff on the ground and clothing as well. The escalator wasn’t working . The staff that asked me if I wanna register seemed annoyed as I said i actually like to.

No item received as item lost/missing. Now item is out of stock and customer service not interested or helpful. No goodwill voucher issued or where they have stock in local stores. Evri has been more helpful updating me on parcel status and then confirmation that it is lost/missing. Will shop elsewhere in future!

notified after trying to buy that the order was cancelled due to stock shortages when it could have been communicated on the products page instead.
Edit: there was no communication that the product was not in stock.

I visited the Bristol city centre store and the girl who served me was great. She was friendly and knowledge, efficient and overall gave a really good impression of the store. This was around 13:30 on Saturday 7th - definitely recommend!

I ordered a dress from Urban Outfitters which I then needed to return. When I tried to return the dress the website continuously crashed and said “return not available, please try at a later date”. I kept trying but it did not work and eventually the returns window passed. I then rang customer service again and asked them to process a refund, however they said they could not because of the returns window. They then supposedly escalated the inquiry but that was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing back. It is outrageous that I am not being given a refund due to a technical issue on their end. Urban please fix this!

Staff were friendly, however i was supposed to get a first time purchase discount on top of my student discount. But I checked the receipt and only got the student discount.
