Subscription appears to be false advertisement

I'm not one of the people that hate Ubisoft for whatever reasons they are always gooing on about. I'm a fan of their games. Although they have a misleading subscription service which surely breaks some laws. I should be able to play games via cloud with my subscription but after it not working after several attempt on several days, I have found out that you need to be paying for a subscription to amazon or luna. This is misleading and very wrong in my opinion. I will finish Star Wars then cancel my subscription to Ubisoft+. I would have kept it just to play some of the other games but I'm not installing each game. It's a bad time for Ubisoft and I felt the hate they receive wasn't justified but this has annoyed me an awful lot

Terrible service

Dreadful, trying to get a refund for a dud game that would not load properly. All I got for 30+ hours was the same bot responses (with typos?) and there seems to be no address or email account to correspond with.

Endlessly frustrating and also shows no respect for my consumer rights.

Ubisoft has become EA sports

Ubisoft has become EA sports, delivering visual beauty and smartass trailers and nothing else:
- superficial storytelling
- game mechanics that doesn't work
or feels smooth.
- all their games feels exactly the same.
- repetitive gameplay
- characters empty and boring.

Worst customerservice ever, may they go bankrrupt soon...

Worst customerservice ever. Sent dozen or so emails with no answers.
Trying to get rid of the beta 2 step verification i accidentaly turned on 10 years ago.
This crap tells me to use one of six onetime resetcodes i should have recived in mail when enabling this 10 years ago.
I checked email 10 years back, and that day 12 of august i never recived any mail with onetime resetcodes. Just commercials and welcome to twostep UBI garbage...

Ubisoft connect does not work

Ubisoft connect does not work. You cannot play any games. All I get is "connection lost" when I try to log in. So called troubleshooting does not fix it. Using a
VPN does not work. Requests for technical support on their twitter account are ignored. I bought a game and I had to ask for a refund because I could not download it to play. Steam works fine with my Internet connection.

Worst responses and unhelpful

Made more than one case and they never help they’re just like bots responding every time and my account is hacked while they still don’t bother trying to help.

Skull and Bones a supposed "AAA" game…

Skull and Bones a supposed "AAA" game is an overpriced re-release part of Assassin's creed Black Flag with the added promise of PVP which has never really happened ...
It has had no added value & has been full of bugs from the start due to none existent development ...
Added to minimal support for ongoing issues such as constant server issues, Voice chat never worked & text chat always broken even though it's months since release makes this is the worst game I've ever spent money on ...

Ubisoft support is just bad AI

Ubisoft support is the worst experience I've had across any company. As far as I can tell every response is generated by a bot which just points you at a knowledge base article that doesn't relate to your enquiry. There is no human interpretation of updates to your tickets and it's therefore impossible to get any form of support beyond the knowledge base articles.

If you lose access to your account: Tough s**t. If you can't buy a particular game because their payment system is broken: Tough s**t. If their website is broken and you report it: Tough s**t.

My recommendation: Use the Ubisoft platform for only the games you cannot get elsewhere, and seriously consider whether you're prepared to lose access to those games if the platform has a problem. If you do, Ubisoft won't help you.

For funsies, try updating your support cases with HTML tags and/or Javascript. It seems that their case system renders those tags inline in your support tickets.

S**t finding co-ops in Far Cry 6 and keep leaving lobby or kicking you out the lobby

First of all, when you find co-ops in Far Cry 6 (very realistic game) you need to just wait for a hour or a minute. Second of all the co-op player leaves/ kicks you out of the lobby immediately just because they search a pro like level 20 and I’m level 20 and they keep kicking me out or leave the lobby. Third of all, the connection is s**t and I recommend you finding friends that has PlayStation plus and Far Cry 6 (ps4 or ps5 version) and they give out Far Cry 6 to PlayStation Plus Premium/Extra players.

Ubisoft, one of the worst companies

Crashes during river raids since horrible programmers and designers refuse to let us save, Ubisoft is the worst company out there. Ubisoft refuses to fix bugs and glitches present for the last 20 years in Assassin's Creed series. 0/10. Ubisoft deserves its inglorious Hall of Shame.

Worst experience I had with support

I had to submit several tickets over several months to get any kind of response. And when they respond we exchang about 3 emails and then they ghost me.
And not to mention how complicated it is to submit a ticket.
In the end my problem has never been resolved and to this day I am submitting tickets to try to exchange a game from one account to another.
Horrible company with horrible support and most of the games are also horrible.
I would like to be able to submit some kind of complaint here in Europe but I can't find the right place to do it.

Horrible

Horrible, I explained something countless times to them which they just ignored and sent a copy paste message to me. Takes about a month to get a response, where as other companies can take a few minutes or hours to respond. The support is bad and I'm lead to believe that actual people are helping me

Poor support when things go wrong

Poor support when things go wrong. Response is either a chatbot or the advisor did not read my issue. No other way of contacting such as live chat or phone. Keeps saying i need to access via my game which is not possible as access is my issue i am trying to resolve. Looking to complain, guess what..... need to log in to my game!!!

The email I used (sympatico.ca) to…

The email I used (sympatico.ca) to register my account with for some reason was no longer valid and non-existent. As a result, I could no longer get past the 2 step verification because they were sending the code to a non-existent email address. Even after telling them this 3 times, I kept getting the same response form support that they sent me a code to the registered email address and I needed that to proceed with the ticket. Each time they told me there was nothing that they could do even after I told them that if I can't access my account, I can't buy anymore games.

Astonishingly bad

It is astonishing what they do. Since around 10 years the quality is droping further and further. The games that they make are so half-hearted.
They hope to achieve more and more profit with less and less development.
Ubi, seriously, if you continue like this, its just a matter of time before you will go under.
Custumer support? Might as well be called customer's enemy. Extremely rude, unhelping and useless.

I always looked up to people at the top…

I always looked up to people at the top thinking they are smarter and more stress resilient than the rest of us.

Over time i learned that it has neither to do with intelligence nor with creativity.
It is really impressive to see how every part of the upper management ruins decade long franchises with absolutely inexplainable dumb decisions. They are so out of grasp of the real world, they actually have no idea anymore what their costumers are or want. They are noone of us.
At this point you can let apes roll the decision and get better outcomes. At least they would roll 50% good decisions

If everyone had a chance to play only a…

If everyone had a chance to play only a single video game for the rest of their lives, I am sure a big large swath of the population would choose the Assassin's Creed series. Ubisoft touched a lot of people's heart with that game, and with so much more. It's not only about making FPS RPG or war/action games, it is about revitalizing and recreating the element of history and culture when they are making some of their series.

I like the effort and time and the energy they put in the process of their game creation, story telling, venue designing, UI/UX, everything. Really nice.
