I go to the tulip festival every year, and I see what I want to purchase and the bulbs are fresh and do well here at my zone 4, elevation over a mile high. That's why I buy from them

We came to visit Skagit Valley over spring break. It was too early. I was so excited that you had some tulip fields in bloom, amidst all of the lovely daffodils, as there were very few other farms with tulips in bloom. I got your catalog that day and have been so excited to order some of your incredible and unique tulips.
I was beyond impressed with the customer service and people there to just help out. One incredible lady actually lives next door to the tulip farm and was excited to be able to be a part of magic and help people out and answer their questions. She is absolutely delightful.
I love that this is a multi-generational family farm and so enjoyed reading about the family history of this place. Stories are the best, they make it even more personal.
So why only 4 stars? Only 4 stars because a few of my most favorite bulbs were out of stock when I went to order. That's it. The only reason.
I am excited to get these bulbs this fall!
Thank you for doing tulips right!!!

I called for order update and spoke to a wonderfully friendly lady who gave me the status immediately with tracking number. Thank you very much, I wish that I could remember her name. She explained it was warm weather prevented from shipping any early. I have ordered several times and always have had great experience and even greater flowers from their bulbs.

My wife was out of town dealing with sick family members, so the tulips were sent as a surprise. They were scheduled to arrive on a day anticipated to be particularly busy and harrowing for her. They arrived as planned, in wonderful shape. They have remained beautiful and have been extremely encouraging for her during a difficult time.

Suggestions:
1) contrast too low in some buttons on checkout pages; could not read
2) spell check in search should not change tulip name to common word
3) wanted to select shorter tulips, had to look up each description, suggest search by height, (E,M,L), color, etc

I’ve been ordering Tulips from this website for years. There is so much care and attention offered in every fulfilled order. Sending tulips was something that I could do to share love with my grandmother from across the country. My grandmother recently passed on and I got to order flowers for her one last time for her life celebration. Thank you so very much for allowing me to share all the special flower moments with my grandmother. I’m forever grateful.

It would be helpful if there were filters to more easily help me choose which tulip bulbs I want. I would like to choose bulbs by when they bloom (E, M, L), whether they naturalize and multiply, etc. Currently it takes too much time for me to choose by these specifics because I have to view each bulb one by one to read all the attributes.

My second year ordering from Roozengaarde. Love the quality of the bulbs. Ease of catalog viewing and easy online ordering. Also, the display garden and tulip & daffodil fields are amazing to walk through. Highly recommend visiting during Tulip festival and ordering products.

The tulips from this company are FANTASTIC. However, when planning out your tulip planting, use the catalog as a guide for which tulips are early, mid-season, or late season since the website does not note this. That is the only reason this is not a 5 star review. It would be so great if the website helped with this level of planting planning.

Best place to order fresh flowers and bulbs in the Country. Always protected and beautiful. Staff is extremely helpful if you need them, but the site is easy to order from and delivery is rapid

This is the 5th year I have purchased tulips and daffodils bulbs from this company. They have never disappointed me. The bulbs are always large and healthy when I get them in the fall. The flowers are just gorgeous in the spring.

Would be nice to be able to search & sort easily by bulbs that were early/mid/late & by height. The catalog provides that detail in an obvious way but that detail was not obvious or a filter option online.

Discovered Tulips.com a few years back. Would not buy my tulips anywhere else now! :-) Wonderful selection and easy to navigate website. Very, very pleased!!! :-) Would love to travel out west to see the tulip business operation in action.
