This is about the fifth time I've had new lenses made at Sunglassfix and each time they've been superb quality, brilliant clarity and zero distortion. Sure, they cost more than the cheap Ebay rubbish and they take a few days to get from Oz to the UK, but I'd not hesititate to recommend them.

First parcel sent without tracking info went missing. The customer service was very helpful and creates a new order sent with express courier, that came to Italy in about 2 weeks.
Lenses were very well manufactured and easy to install.

I have made 2 different purchased of Persol lenses...first time I ordered the wrong size. They shipped out the correct size immediately, even before they received the wrong ones I previously bought. I later made a purchase of Another set of Persol lenses, (different glasses). Here in a few days.

I ordered lenses, which were too small. Then identified the correct dimensions, but wrong size was shipped again. For 3rd attempt it was perfect. In spite of the fact that it took some time, I am happy because:
1) fast response
2) clear communication
3) customer focus
4) perfect packing
5) at the end I have my sunglasses fixed :-)

I redid a couple of glasses/sunglasses after having cataract surgery & no longer needing prescription lens. 1st order was getting some lenses sent out that were on the website & the with the 2nd order ,I had 2 sets of glasses picked up & redone with custom lenses. The process was super simple & the end result great. Saved me buying a couple of new pairs + it was a great way of recycling 3 pairs that would of gone in the bin.

I had concerns about buying lenses from the opposite side of the world but I needn’t have worried, they arrived on time & well protected. My Oakley replacements are crystal clear and fit the frame perfectly … dare I say they are even better than the originals?

Brilliant.. slightly hesitant about sending but placed the order and back before the end of the week . A metal arm on brand new Ray Bans had snapped ( accidentally) but came back like new

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT! PUT IN THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE GLASSES ( WHICH ARE FOUND ON THE INSIDE OF THE FRAMES) AND PICK YOU LENSE COLOR. SO EASY, SO PROFESIONAL AND QUICK TURNAROUND. I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO BUY ANOTHER $200-$400 [AIR OF SUNGLASSES! DON'T HESITATE TO USE THESE GUYS! I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

Huge selection lenses of sunglass models that are years old. Quick delivery and they fit perfectly. My expensive Prada sunglasses were almost unwearable do to the poor shape the lenses were in - now they are like new!

Not only does the company provide a great product, but also an amazing customer service. Upon receival of items I had a problem with the assembly, but after a simple e-mail in which I explained what I'm having trouble with, I qucikly received a solution. It's refreshing to see that the company is expedient in solving any issues and does so without any generic answers and with high professionalism. You really do feel the company stands behind their products.

I like the quality of the lens but the fit isn't quite right. The replacement lens are just slightly smaller so they don't fit tightly in the frame. The cost was very reasonable and shipping was relatively fast.

Lenses arrived within three weeks which was expected. Easy to fit and look very good quality. As the frames were still in very good condition this was the best option and very cost effective.

Fitment was good, sort of. The glasses have a mono lens from factory. The black lenses shown in the picture looked like a mono lens as well and I didn't notice they were two separate lenses until I looked back at the site and changed the color in the sample picture after they had already arrived. It doesnt matter anyway. Glasses fell off my head and were run over by a car a week after receiving the lenses.

I ordered incorrect lenses. The sun glass fix wasn’t sure if they had the correct lenses as my product number had worn off my glasses frame. I sent my frames in for a customised fit. The turn around was very fast and the lenses fitted were perfect and of great quality. You can shop with confidence here. The whole experience was perfect in every way. Great communication and everything was simple.

It was easy to select & order my replacement lenses. Prices are fair as well. Had a bit of a delay due to lost shipment, but Sunglass Fix was on it and submitted a new order that day.
